I’m a registered nurse with extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine. I have two, 60+ lbs deaf rescue dogs- Helen and Keller. I taught them sign language and have traveled with them to over 19 states. I also live with and care for 2 rescue cats. I’m hyper aware of safety and always double leash my pets. I’m aware of my surroundings at all times and mitigate potential risks/threats. Keller is a 2x cancer survivor which included extensive surgeries. I have experience with pre and post-operative care, know animal CPR and Heimlich Maneuver. I believe communication is crucial, I will over communicate to ensure safety and help you feel at ease.

I have a double fenced yard with cameras at all angles. I monitor the temperature on my patio and ensure there is cold water available at all times.

Schedule
I currently WFH and my schedule is flexible. I’m available nights, weekends, and holidays. I know my schedule months in advance. I’m childless and have no obligations that would interfere with my availability. I work PRN as an RN at a local jail, I have extensive and continuous background checks. I think that’s important when having a stranger entering your home and caring for your pet!
