Roshni was able to take off and put in our dogs harness - that doesn’t sound like anything special, but with our nervous girl, it means that they have built sufficient trust in two visits for our dog to allow that. Very happy to keep working with Roshni - it’s such a relief to not have to worry about our nervous pupper”
