Erika totally saved my trip by watching Otto - she was very responsive to my request and was willing to do a video call ahead of booking to make sure it was a good fit. She took great care of my dog and sent regular photos and updates. He’s happy and healthy and I would absolutely use Erika again.”

He’s only 7 months old, still potty training, a picky eater and this was my first time leaving him with anyone else so I was EXTREMELY worried but Christina took such great care of him, ensured he was comfy at night time and could sleep well and he didn’t miss a meal which is amazing as sometimes he refuses to eat.
