About: My husband Galen and I have both had dogs since we were in our teens. We are both experienced in caring and loving for our pups. As a couple we have owned pets together for 13 years. We are a US Air Force Family and have been stationed in DC for the past six years. We love how the community is a dog centric town!! Galen is full remote, meaning your pup will never be alone. We currently have a bulldog named Burrito. Our miniature american eskimo named Mojo unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge in December 2024. I love our dogs so much I know how nerve-racking it can be to leave your BFF to a stranger. I promise I’ll provide your pet the love and attention they want or need as if they were my own. My husband is full remote and I unfortunately am back in the office full time. Galen will be home with the pups all day. I do an early morning walk and an after work walk while he does multiple midday walks. In the evenings we both are able to take the pups on long walks. We monitor any bones given and are in close proximity during feeding time. We also continuously reinforce good behaviors by pets, praise, and treats if you allow. We only accept one dog at a time. Pups are allowed on the couch. Bundy Dog Park is across the street, if you allow for additional exercise. Your dog will receive lots of pets, praise and love while in our home!

About: I’ve always had cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with two dogs and now have two cats in the city! Can’t wait to meet your pet! About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life. I've had a Yorkie, a chocolate lab, and a German short-haired pointer. I've also recently lived with a medium-sized mut that was highly sensitive to other dogs. Quite the mix! About: I grew up with cats and have grown to love dogs. I had my own cat for 13 years before he passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I love to care for my friends' pets! But with an open home, I'm ready to treat your best friend like my new best friend! I've taken care of cats and dogs extensively throughout my life including providing medication at regular intervals. I've also looked after snakes, turtles, and geckos, but I don't have any equipment to house them. But I love all animals whether fuzzy, furry, or scaly! I live in downtown DC in an apartment building close to several parks. I have a hybrid office job but live a short walk away from my office, so it's easy for me to swing back home whenever is necessary. I regularly catsit and dogsit for friends, but currently don't have any pets of my own. I respect animals autonomy, but always prefer to play, cuddle, or walk with the pets. They'll have full access to my apartment. They're welcome on furniture and if they prefer to hang out solo, that's okay, too. They'll still get the same love and attention, just from a few feet away.
About: I recently spent a month cat sitting. I loved hosting him. He warmed up to me quickly. I gave him ample pets throughout the day.
