WFH mom to all types
I'm a lifelong dog owner/lover who is also about a year and a half into learning how to be a cat mom. It's a pretty tight competition between my 8yo son and my 6yo beagle as to who loves dogs more. I work from home so if your pet doesn't like to be alone, that is not a problem. Walks and brushings are daily activities. Since the animals are allowed on the furniture the daily brushing is a must. Our cat has asthma and uses a daily inhaler, so if your pet also has medical issues/needs, they will fit right in. I've been petsitting for years for friends and family and would love to host your loved one as well.

Jobi was fantastic looking after Lentil for the day! Lentil is a handful (lots of nervous and playful energy) but she was so patient and sent me lots of photo updates! Also communication was a breeze and Jobi was very accommodating with the meet and greet so Lentil could meet her pets (huge shout out to Biscuit and Gravy for putting up with a giant puppy 😂). I highly recommend Jobi and will be booking another daycare stay in a couple of days!
Edie, our 12 year-old pup, has stayed with Jobi many times while we were traveling. How mich does she like it? This much: when we get about two blocks from the house, Edie starts squeaking and wiggling. When wr pull up, she starts pawing at the car door until we open it, and runs tail-wagging to the door. She loves her buddies Biscuit (the sweetest, gentlest playmate ever), and Gravy, the benused cat. Your pet could not have a happier place to stay!
As a crazy dog lady, I am highly particular about who I am willing to leave my dog with. Jobi is on that very short list (only alongside my parents and a friend of 30+ years who is an even crazier dog lady than I am). I completely trust Jobi to be attentive and caring for my (at times anxious) senior dog. Jobi truly enjoys the company of animals and will treat your pet like a member of the family during her time with them.
Jobi is an animal lover through and through. The thing I love about the way Jobi interacts with dogs, is that she is very in tune to what they need. She meets them where they’re at; if it’s an old dog, she gives them plenty of rest and just enough exercise. She has a great home for dogs as well. Her pets are very friendly and accustomed to having fur guests over for extended periods of time. Jobi is also very much a routine person, which I think helps the dogs adjust to a new temporary environment quickly… She never misses a walk, she never misses breakfast or dinner time by even five minutes. I highly recommend Jobi for your pet sitting needs. She will not disappoint, and your fur babies will want to come back!

Schedule
I work from home and occasionally have meetings or appointments during the day, so regular walks and lots of attention are easily managed. I also work for myself, so I have the ability to set my schedule.

My backyard is fenced in, so unexpected potty needs or sunbathing are always accommodated. No space or piece of furniture is off limits to pets in my home.

A typical day
Walks are always on the agenda. There are a few wooded trails nearby in addition to the endless amounts of sidewalks. I also have numerous puzzles for engagement if it's a rainy day where the dogs can be stimulated and earn treats.
