She even went above and beyond by coming over ahead of time to meet him and ensure everything was seamless. “Walker was absolutely fantastic. We were so worried about leaving Lulu alone for the first time in three years. From the first day Walker stopped by to check on Lulu he provided us with daily updates and photos, allowing us to see Lulus interactions with him. Slowly Lulu opened up to him and the visits ended in belly rubs by day 3. Walker played with him and gave him lots of love which allowed him to trust Walker . I truly believe he has a natural connection with animals because Lulu acted as though he knew him for years. Our minds were completely at ease after receiving daily photos . Walker also went above and beyond to ensure Lulus comfort he followed all our instructions and went the extra mile. We will only book Walker for any future travel plans. This is our first time using this app and will be clients for a while. Walker thank you for your care and dedication to our pets. You were a big relief during a stressful time!”

Nicholas was also really helpful when we realized we had given him the wrong key - he followed our instructions to access our back door and use our spare key and even made an extra trip to our house because of it.
