Growing up I had family pets and I absolutely love animals- my family dog an adorable golden retriever mix and our cat Kato 🥰 Growing up I helped out around My aunt’s dog grooming shop over the summer so I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all breeds. I have previous experience walking dogs with Rover and looking after my family dogs and cats! My neighborhood is very pet friendly and so is my apartment unit with plenty of outdoor space and many parks nearby so perfect area for dog walking or pet sitting for longer stays I am home Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have a flexible schedule so I can walk and look after your pet during the day. I am available on weekends for longer stays. I usually run brief errands during the day but I am flexible if your pet needs me at home in the case of booking a longer visit. I have a large apartment in Navy yard with court yard grass area and rooftop outdoor area. I am close to several parks, grassy areas, and walking paths to walk your dog. Dog spa, Dog and Cat friendly neighborhood and apartment. There is also a vet located close to my apartment.

About: I have dog sat for friends when they're out of town. I have watched my mom's cat for her whole life too. I love animals, I love playing with them, I love the excuse to get out for a walk, I love sitting with them, I love talking to them like they can understand what I'm saying. I genuinely enjoy hanging out with animals and care for them deeply. I work from home and have the flexibility to leave for a walk or run an errand whenever I need to. So if that means a 3 pm walk for your pup or a morning and evening feeding time for your pet, I'm here! I have a fenced in back yard, fenced in front balcony, and enclosed spaces throughout my home. I also have an open floor plan on the main level where I would feed your pet and hang out them mostly.

About: Hi! I recently moved to the DC area after graduating with my B.A. in Biology. I have four years of experience working in veterinary medicine, where I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I’m currently taking a gap year while applying to veterinary school, so animal care continues to be a major part of both my professional life and future goals. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic pets who need plenty of exercise to older or more anxious animals who may require extra patience and attention. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to provide updates while you’re away so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and well cared for I currently work full-time as a veterinary technician in the Eastern Market. My hours and days are as follows: M/Th: 7:50a-7p, F:7:50a-6p & Sat: 8:20a-2p. Outside of these hours, I am available to do drop ins and walks, and would be more than happy to provide house sitting if your schedule aligns! In your home, I always like owners to let me know beforehand what is expected of me. This includes walking times, feeding times, potty times, medications, and, for overnight stays in your home, I like to know basic home amenities, such as how often to bring in the mail and when to take out the trash. I also would like to know how many times throughout the day you'd like to be contacted, whether that be an update on your pet or photos.
