When our trip got extended by a few hours, Lauren was very understanding and accommodating of staying with our dog a bit longer to close the gap. However, when Sadie met Nicholas and Larissa for the first time, she immediately took to them because of their nurturing demeanor and positive energy which eased all of our concerns regarding leaving Sadie. They not only kept constant communication and sent pictures, they showed up on time at the time of the visit, and were willing to meet with us prior to our reservation to help Sadie with her anxiety (which they both showed up at the time they said they would). Giuliana was a wonderful pet sitter. She stayed at our house with out sweet older dog & took great care of him as well as the space. She sent us daily updates and photos to ease our minds while being away. She was kind, professional, followed directions and loved on our Grizy. Kym did such a great job of taking care of our dog, Oscar. He’s an anxious guy who takes time to warm up to new people, but he really opened up to her by the end. Kym’s vet tech expertise also came in handy because he was on a topical medication during our stay!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
