“Erica was wonderful. During the meet and greet Marla took a liking to her right away. Erica was in communication each day and sent us pictures and updates from walks and activities as well as letting us know when she and Marla were settling in for the night. She was thoughtful and left our home tidy. Since we were arriving quite late (due to having to adjust our departure schedule), Erica made sure that were were in fact going to be arriving that night and present for Marla by morning. That last checkin was truly appreciated and demonstrates how caring she is to make sure that the pet is taken care of an on stand-by in case there was a need to stop in once more to care for our pup. We booked Ella last min due to our previous Rover sitter canceling the night before our trip. This is the first time we booked a sitter without having met them prior, so I was a bit nervous. Ella was fantastic, the dogs loved her immediately, she was punctual and kept to their routine/schedule as closely as possible, and provided many updates throughout the week. Would book again!
Anna was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend. She sent regular communications and photos so I knew my pets were in good hands. Both of my pets require meds and she was able to easily handle that process at feeding time. On top of that, one of my pets had a medical episode during her stay (it happens, but was still unexpected) and while I know it was scary to witness she was able to help my dog through it and calmly communicate the series of events that led up to it so I could relay to my vet.
Anna is a top notch pup sitter. I’m a crazy dog dad and Anna exceeded all expectations. Our dog has some separation anxiety and Anna more than accommodated his needs and made us feel very comfortable while we were gone for a couple days. She regularly provided updates which included pictures and videos. We will not hesitate to use Anna as our go-to dog sitter!
Abby was amazing. I was very nervous about getting a pet sitter we didn't know for our dog but she was incredibly reassuring and very patient with Marly (our dog), who can be nervous around strangers. She gave updates and pictures throughout the days on how Marly was doing and had no issues with walking her (she can be reactive). I have absolutely no complaints and would hire Abby again.
Summar is always amazing! I trust her so much with Callie and Millie and don’t want to go on trips if she’s not available… all my neighbors and employees in the building tell me how great she is with Callie and how friendly she is to everyone she meets. Callie and Millie were well taken care of again!
Claire was easy-going, attentive and responsible, despite having to take a final exam during the days when she was house sitting. She was always flexible about meeting up before the pet sitting began. She kept my beloved dog and cat alive and well while I was out of town, which was my main priority. But she also paid attention to their moods, appetites (or lack thereof) and individual needs, which I greatly appreciated. The dogs were very well cared for, with plenty of play time and puppy play dates. She clearly adores dogs and it shows! She also took great care of our home while we were away. Brenay took wonderful care of my senior Pomeranian, Mickey, while I was away for a few days. Mickey has a few special needs due to his age, and she was very attentive, patient, and caring with him throughout the stay. She followed all of my instructions carefully, including using his stroller on walks and checking on him during the night to make sure he was comfortable. She also sent me updates and photos, and it was clear that she treated Mickey with a lot of kindness and affection. On top of that, she took great care of my home as well and left everything very clean and tidy, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely trust her to watch Mickey again in the future. Nuraini is the absolute best!! She was available last minute when I needed a dog sitter and came in and loved my dog like her own! She’s very communicative sends plenty of pictures of your fur baby to keep you up to date and she even sat and played with my dog after walks and check ins! I would book Nuraini everytime I need a sitter she really cares about animals and did what she could to make sure my fur baby was comfortable and warmed up to her. 100000/10!!
Sharon did an amazing job with Wrigley! She sent updates with out an asking along with great photos. She left my mace cleaner than she found it. She also left a nice little package for Wrigley when she left including some great photos and a very sweet card! I highly recommend Sharon and will definitely use again.
Sarah was absolutely wonderful with Diesel! From the start, she communicated clearly and consistently, which made leaving him so much easier. It was obvious she genuinely adored him - not just going through the motions, but truly enjoying her time with him. Diesel was so well cared for, and I came home to one happy pup.
