He also went even further resetting the whole house (cleaning dishes, comforter, etc.)! When ever Apollo is in VA I will always make sure I check if Juan is available first before looking for other sitters. Juan’s communication was also stellar! Sending pictures and constant contact which helped my anxiety tremendously. He followed my provided guide with flying colors and when Apollo got a little sick helped him back to perfect stool! Alice was absolutely fantastic, and we would not hesitate to use her again in the future. We were a bit nervous using a new sitter for the first time while leaving on an international trip, especially because one of our dogs is very high energy. Alice exceeded our expectations in every way and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. During our trip, one of our dogs developed an upset stomach, and Alice was exceptional at communicating with us throughout the entire situation. She kept us updated regularly, handled everything calmly and thoughtfully, and made sure our dog was well cared for. When we returned home, both dogs were happy and well cared for, and our house was honestly in even better condition than when we left it. It was clear that Alice treated both our pets and our home with incredible care and respect. Katherine took care of our dog in our home while we were away - if she had not been available we wouldn't have booked the tickets. The steady stream of communication, pictures and reassurances (our dog is not the easiest to care for) were amazing. We came home to a healthy and happy dog - who didn't seem to have overly missed us if I'm honest - and tidy home - with flowers on the table to welcome us back. We couldn't be happier with - well - literally everything about how she looked after our dog.

Erika was wonderful to all our babies in our first time leaving them with anyone other than family! She checked in multiple times a day with updates and photos, and she treated our giant lab, skittish tuxedo cat, and little tortoise with kindness and care. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again, and it’s a relief and a joy to know we can plan vacations again! She also went above and beyond to help us out by moving our cars when an unplanned paving project popped up while we were in another state.
