About: My interest in dogs started 5 years when I became a dog musher in the winters! Then I signed up as a weekly volunteer with my local dog shelter. And I take the shelter dogs on fun field trips (hikes, parks, canoeing on the potomac- you name it)! I don't have pets of my own so my time is dedicated fully to other people's dogs and cats. I also work part time from home and have a very flexible schedule. About: I've pet sit for my friends dogs and have raised a corgi puppy from 10 weeks old! I love dogs and will treat yours like mine. I have a playful and friendly corgi who plays well with all dogs. Plus I give excellent scratches. I will send a bunch of photos, as long as you don’t mind me spamming you with them! We do at least 3 walks a day, dog parks after work, and fun adventures on the weekends. Normally we eat breakfast around 8:30, go for a potty walk, and play. During the weekday, I take them out every 4 hours and do mental puzzles at home. If the weather is nice, we will go to a nearby dog park. On weekends, we tend to go out for outdoor adventures if the weather is nice I live in an apartment with ample walking nearby. Super dog friendly neighborhood. We have space to set up crates if needed. I am a neat person and will clean up after myself and the dogs.

Shizuka went out of her way to ease my anxiety, and with her kindness & gentle demeanor, all my concerns melted away. Lots of photos & videos, and my dog really looked liked she enjoyed herself (particularly the backyard, which she doesn’t get to have at our condo). Definitely recommend. Already rebooked!

Yasmine is the best! I had taken my dog to an indoor doggie daycare, and it very clearly overwhelmed him. I needed to find an alternative quickly, which is how I found Yasmine. From the start, she answered all my questions - even the ones I didn’t know I had - and immediately made me feel at ease about leaving my dog in her care. Murphy absolutely loves going to Yasmine’s, and I feel so happy knowing he’s in good hands and actually enjoying his day while I’m at work.
