What sets me apart is my real-life, daily experience caring for dogs at different life stages. I care for an 8-year-old Husky and a 2.5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, so I’m very familiar with balancing senior care, high-energy needs, and structured routines. I understand how to adjust walks, play, and attention based on each dog’s age, temperament, and health. I’m reliable, observant, and always focused on keeping dogs safe, comfortable, and happy.

Jason and Becky were absolutely amazing with Teddie! From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. They sent so many pictures and regular updates throughout his stay, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how much fun he was having. Teddie had the best time going to the dog park, playing with their two wonderful dogs, and getting lots of love and attention. It was clear they treated him like one of their own, and he came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Jason and Becky gave my dog the highest level of attention and care. My dog is a shepherd mix with relatively high energy. They took the best care of him while I was gone for a few days.
Jason and Becky Z did a fantastic job taking care of our yellow lab. They made sure she acclimated well into their existing dog pack, took her on lots of walks, and kept her happy and at ease during her stay. They sent lots of updates and pictures so we knew how our girl was doing. We could see how right at home she was! We would definitely send her back to stay with Jason and Becky Z again!

We were glad to find Jason and Becky on Rover.com. They were engaged with us throughout the reservation process and as our scheduled changed. They made our Goldie feel welcome and provided her with canine and human companionship for the day, sharing photos of Goldie's day. We highly recommend them.

Schedule
There are two adult caregivers in the home, Jason and Becky, and we both work from home, which allows us to closely manage our dogs’ daily care. By coordinating our schedules, we ensure the dogs are never left unattended for long periods and receive consistent feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. Being home throughout the day also enables us to monitor each dog’s comfort, behavior, and individual needs in real time.

We live in a bright and spacious 1,300+ square foot apartment with large windows facing open green areas, creating a calm, open, and welcoming environment for pets. All social time is carefully supervised and always based on each dog’s comfort level and the owner’s preferences. We maintain a clean, safe, and loving home and follow all care instructions closely so every pet feels relaxed, secure, and truly at home while in our care.

A typical day
A typical day is thoughtfully structured around exercise, enrichment, and plenty of companionship. Dogs start the day with a morning walk, and throughout the day we make sure they enjoy 3 / 4 walks total, each averaging 20–30 minutes, to help release energy and stay relaxed and happy. When we are at home, our attention is mostly focused on the dogs. We spend time playing with toys, using sniff pads, and offering gentle mental stimulation that suits each dog’s age and energy level. Activities are always adjusted to individual needs, with a healthy balance of active play and calm rest time, so every dog feels engaged, comfortable, and cared for throughout the day.
