❤️Luxury Dog Retreat❤️ Large Yards

Our family of four are lifelong dog lovers, and while we don’t currently have a dog of our own, that just means your pup will receive all of our love, attention, and care. We treat every dog like a member of the family and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and at home. Both my husband and I are home full time—he works from home, and I care for the dogs throughout the day. Your pup will never be left alone for long stretches and will always have companionship, playtime, and supervision. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 20 years, starting with friends, neighbors, and relatives. I grew up with a dog who was with me for 14 years. She truly felt like my little sister. My husband also grew up with dogs and has had them most of his life, so we both understand the deep bond and responsibility that comes with loving and caring for a dog. Our home in Arlington has a large, secure fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and exploration. We’ve received nearly 190 five-star reviews on Rover from dog parents who trust us for our reliable, loving, and personalized care. Many of the dogs who stay with us quickly settle in, and their owners often tell us it feels like a vacation for them. We love seeing how excited they are to return each time—it’s the best compliment we could receive. Whether your dog needs a weekend stay or a longer visit, we’re here to provide a warm, calm, and dependable home away from home.

Dixie Rose had a great time. She came home acting just like herself, which is the sign that she was happy there. The pictures were awesome to get and communication was great. Thank you Crystal!

Schedule

Pet care is fully woven into our daily life and routine. I’m home throughout the day to care for the dogs, and my husband works from home as well—so there’s always someone here giving them attention, supervision, and love. Dogs staying with us enjoy multiple outdoor play sessions each day in our large, fenced-in yard. Whether it’s chasing toys, exploring the grass, or just lounging in the sun, they get plenty of time outside to burn energy and enjoy fresh air. Our daily rhythm includes regular potty breaks, individualized feeding schedules, playtime, and relaxed indoor downtime. We adjust everything to match your dog’s habits and needs, whether they’re a playful pup or a mellow senior. At night, we wrap up the day with one last potty break outside, followed by a bedtime treat and a cozy tuck-in to help them settle in for the night. Our goal is to keep every dog happy, calm, and feeling right at home from morning to bedtime.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety and trust are at the heart of everything we do. We welcome your furry family member into our home as if they were part of our own family. Our space is cozy, calm, and thoughtfully set up to help every pup feel relaxed and at ease. Our large, fully fenced-in yard provides a secure area for dogs to play, explore, and enjoy the outdoors under supervision. We also run multiple HEPA air filters throughout the home to keep the air fresh and reduce allergens—especially helpful for pups with sensitivities. Whether your doggy is staying just for the day or for multiple weeks, they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and personalized care. We stick closely to their normal routines, including feeding schedules, medications, crate preferences, and any special instructions you provide. New dogs are introduced gradually and with care to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition. Your dog will never be left alone for long. I’m home full time, and my husband works from home, so there’s always someone here making sure your pup is happy, secure, and cared for—day and night. I also love sending photo updates during their stay so you can see how your pup is doing and feel confident they’re in good hands. Our goal is to provide a warm, loving environment where every dog feels safe, welcome, and truly at home.

A typical day

A typical day for dogs staying with us is filled with love, attention, and plenty of outdoor time! We start the morning with a potty break and playtime in our large, fully fenced-in yard. Dogs get to run around, explore, and enjoy the fresh air in a safe and secure space. Throughout the day, we let the dogs out multiple times for potty breaks and play sessions. Whether your pup loves to play or prefers to relax and observe, we adjust the pace to match their personality and needs. Between outdoor time, dogs can rest indoors in a calm and cozy environment. They can nap, chew on a toy, or just enjoy a quiet space to recharge. In the evening, we head outside again for a final round of play or potty time, followed by dinner and a gentle wind-down routine. Before bed, each pup gets one last potty break, a small treat, and a comfy spot to settle in for the night. Our goal is to make every dog feel happy, safe, and right at home during their stay.
