A typical day
Morning (5:30-9 AM): - Rise with the sun for potty breaks/meds. - Breakfast served per each pet’s specific diet/routine. - Yard Time: Post-meal play sessions in the large fenced yard – fetch, zoomies, or sniffari walks. Shy pups get 1:1 encouragement; seniors enjoy gentle strolls. Daytime (9 AM-4 PM): - Structured Play & Rest: Puppy camp groups rotate between high-energy games (toys, obstacle courses) and nap breaks. Cats enjoy feather wand sessions or sunny-window lounging in their dedicated zones. - Admin/Client Updates: I use downtime to send photos/videos and respond immediately to parent check-ins. Evening (4-9 PM): - Dinner + meds round 2. - Wind-Down Routine: Group play (if compatible) or couch cuddles. Cats get twilight play or lap time. - Final yard run & security check (fences/gates). Weekends/Holidays: Same dedicated schedule! I’m home full-time, so pets never lack supervision or affection. Emergencies? I’ve built buffers for last-minute extensions – like when Mr. Whiskers’ parents got stranded in Lisbon last Christmas!
