About: I've been around pets my entire life. I grew up with at least two dogs in the household at all times and have learned to care for them as puppies until it was their time to go. I am often asked to care for family and friends' animals I work remote full time, so my availability is open. She let us add in a day because we needed another day in the hospital. And she took fabulous care of our dog - Charlie and our cat Max. Anne even dealt with an alarm from one of the house systems. I recently booked Juan to stay at my place while traveling and he did a great job. He provided me with daily updates about the walks, potty times, and feeding (since my dog is a little picky eater). I may regret saying this because it could make it harder to book him in the future, but I can’t say enough good things about Leo! He was punctual, communicative, flexible, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. He has a calm, friendly nature that immediately put both me and my dog at ease. My Ollie is still generally cautious around strangers, but with Leo it was completely different. The moment Ollie spotted him from a distance, he was excited instead of fearful. He immediately approached him with confidence and comfort, which is incredibly rare for him. Watching that instant connection gave me complete peace of mind. It’s not often you find someone who is not only reliable and professional, but who also has such a natural connection with animals. Katherine took care of our dog in our home while we were away - if she had not been available we wouldn't have booked the tickets. The steady stream of communication, pictures and reassurances (our dog is not the easiest to care for) were amazing. We came home to a healthy and happy dog - who didn't seem to have overly missed us if I'm honest - and tidy home - with flowers on the table to welcome us back. We couldn't be happier with - well - literally everything about how she looked after our dog.
We have a senior dog with stranger anxiety and multiple daily medications and Karuna was wonderful with him. She was really patient and gave him time to warm up to her during a couple meet and greet visits, and then followed his lead when she was house sitting to ensure he felt comfortable with her. Karuna was very communicative and provided frequent updates including photos so we could enjoy our time away, knowing that our dog was well cared for.
Ajia is INCREDIBLE! I seriously could not have asked for a better sitter. She was so responsive, took time to share all about Chelsea’s day, made sure to give her all the snuggles and even took her on longer walks than I had asked for. Joanna stepped in to take over for another Dogsitter saving my vacation. The transition was seamless. Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Joanna before the sitting, I spoke to her in the phone for at least half an hour and felt very comfortable with her. She took excellent care of my Ozzie, and he even tried to run after her taxi as she rode away. To top it off Joanna washed her sheets and towels before departing. She is a gem whom I would definitely rebook!
