About: Hello! I'm Valentina! I have experience caring for pets of different ages and needs, including my 10 year old cat and my sister’s 4 year old dog. Most recently, I cared for a Giant Schnauzer puppy right through his crazy growth spurt, from the day he came home at 3 months old all the way until he was 7 months old! Working with a high energy, big pup takes a lot of patience, consistency, and structure, so I kept him on a solid daily routine with twice a day walks to burn off that puppy energy and practice good leash manners. I’m also a very active person and genuinely enjoy being outdoors, walking, and staying on the move, so I love being able to bring that energy and enthusiasm into caring for pets. I have a flexible schedule and I’m generally available for walks and drop-in visits in the morning from 7:30 to 9:30 AM and in the afternoon from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. I’m happy to be flexible and work around your pet’s routine whenever possible. A little advance notice is always appreciated so I can plan my day and make sure I can give your pup the time, care, and attention they deserve. I love caring for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable and stick to their familiar routine. I find that pets tend to feel more relaxed and at ease in their own space, especially when their owners are away.
