I began working on Rover well before the pandemic, and have finally returned after a long hiatus, as my full-time job is in infectious disease! I am available every weekday evening and nearly every weekend at any time of day to drop in on your beloved pet.

A typical day
I live in a quiet neighborhood in Falls Church, so there are plenty of other pet owners around walking every day. We also love playing with frisbees, sticks, balls, and the many pet toys we have stockpiled.

Pet care experience
I've had dogs my whole life, and even entered a career in the sciences because of my love for animals (I am a molecular biologist). I have worked in multiple veterinary offices beginning when I was only 16, fostered dogs and cats while in college, and have volunteered at many different shelters and humane societies. I have experience administering medications in dogs and cats (both oral and subcutaneous), dealing with special-needs animals (my current dog only has two paws), giving extra love and affection, house-training, and cleaning animals. My son is young, but he also *absolutely adores* animals, so if you're pet is game, so is Asher. Asher has all the energy in the world to entertain the younger canines, and all the empathy in the world for the seniors, as he has daily experience with our own sweet girl. We hope you'll allow our family to care for yours!

Lindsay was excellent with my pup Hermes! She went above and beyond to make sure he had the best care. Lindsay is well organized, punctual, and has great availability. She was always accommodating and timely with any scheduling conflicts. I highly recommend her for any and all pet sitting needs.
