I recently booked Juan to stay at my place while traveling and he did a great job. He provided me with daily updates about the walks, potty times, and feeding (since my dog is a little picky eater). Katherine took care of our dog in our home while we were away - if she had not been available we wouldn't have booked the tickets. The steady stream of communication, pictures and reassurances (our dog is not the easiest to care for) were amazing. Joanna stepped in to take over for another Dogsitter saving my vacation. The transition was seamless. Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Joanna before the sitting, I spoke to her in the phone for at least half an hour and felt very comfortable with her. She took excellent care of my Ozzie, and he even tried to run after her taxi as she rode away. To top it off Joanna washed her sheets and towels before departing. She is a gem whom I would definitely rebook!

Annie was amazing!!! She really went above and beyond for our pets and our house while we were away. We got lots of updates and cute photos, she alerted us right away when she noticed one cat didn't want her dinner just to check if that was okay/normal, and even taught our corgi a new trick! All three pets seemed very happy and comfortable when we got home. We will definitely book Annie in the future when we need some pet help!

Suyana was a Godsend when my mom was still in the hospital and we didn't know if she'd be discharged or not. She was willing to help out at the last minute, and did a great job with our wonderful English Setter who loves having company. She was very punctual, responsible, and great at communicating with us.
