About: I have always grown up with animals, and right now, I have 2 cats and a dog! My dog is a Rhodesian Ridgeback and very energetic, so I am quite comfortable with high energy dogs. I have also been pet sitting since high school for various neighbors, friends, coworkers, etc, and I absolutely love to do it! I am a PhD student at George Mason so my schedule changes from day to day. That being said, I will do my absolute best to make whatever schedule you request work, so please reach out to see if I’m available! I have always grown up with animals, and right now I have two cats and one large dog, so I have plenty of experience with caring for animals. My dog is 5 years old anad still incredibly energetic, so I am very comfortable with caring for excited dogs! Mimosa was a wonderful overnight sitter for our sweet dog, Gigi. We were so relieved to know Gigi was in excellent hands while we were on our trip. Mimosa showed up on time every evening, was very communicative via text to update us how Gigi was doing, and sent us pictures as well. She fed and walked Gigi exactly as we instructed. Gigi is mostly blind and so she needs a bit of extra care which Mimosa delivered with kindness and patience. I would definitely work with Mimosa again and highly recommend her for overnight dog care.
Can we leave more stars? Nicole was exceedingly kind and very patient with our three pups…able to break down barriers very quickly. Their comfort levels grew with each day, and two of them are sensitive poodle mixes! She kept us regularly informed of their well-being, and this was such a comfort to us. We came home to a tidy and clean house with three happy dogs. She was truly exceptional as a dog and house-sitter. The fact that she’s so highly rated is no surprise to us now. What a find!
Tasha did a wonderful job with our 2 young puppies. We requested house sitting while we enjoyed an evening out to ensure our puppies were kept on a potty schedule and to keep them from being crated too long before bedtime. Flynn and Toffee are happy to see Tasha and Mike when they come to visit. They play with them, keep them engaged, and send pictures to capture their time together. We came home to tired puppies which is a key indicator of a successful evening. We look forward to Tasha's next visit with our boys!
Trisha took care of our 3 pups while we were away and did a great job! They got playtime and/or walks everyday. She was able to walk our big guy @120lbs and knew when it was too hot for our Frenchies to go out on a walk. She seemed to have no problem juggling the different needs of the pups. I got daily reports with pictures which gave me a lot of assurance I was leaving my dogs in good hands!
We had a great experience! Zosha took great care of our dog while we were away, sent us updates, and was very communicative throughout the weekend. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing our pup was comfortable and had someone there with him. Neida is the sweetest!! We were getting married and desperately needed a pet sitter we could trust while we weren’t reachable for a few days. We have two small anxious dogs who are also leash reactive, but somehow Neida managed to make them feel safe and cared for so easily!!
