“Juan was ABSOUTLEY amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my nephew Apollo’s was comfortable and loved. He also went even further resetting the whole house (cleaning dishes, comforter, etc.)! When ever Apollo is in VA I will always make sure I check if Juan is available first before looking for other sitters. Juan’s communication was also stellar! Sending pictures and constant contact which helped my anxiety tremendously. He followed my provided guide with flying colors and when Apollo got a little sick helped him back to perfect stool! Lana stayed with our cat for 5 nights and 6 days. With the kids leaving us for grad schools, we decided to have a family get away. We've never left our youngest member of the family without one of us at home. The cat has separation anxiety and we haven't gone anywhere ever since Cashmere was rescued. It was stressful trying to find the right sitter. We're so thankful for Lana. It was such a joy whenever we received updates from Lana. We got photos and videos. Lana even asked questions on how to make things more comfortable for Cashmere. I'm pretty sure that Cashmere is now wondering where her new friend has gone. We're definitely going to use Lana again in the future. I highly recommend Lana for your fur babies.
Han was, as usual, great with Baxter. She was even able to stay an extra night at the last minute when our return flight was cancelled which was an enormous relief to us at a very stressful time! She always communicates and sends pictures and Baxter seems relaxed when she’s here. Highly recommend.
Michelle took excellent care of my senior dog, Kora, while I was away for over a week. I was nervous about being gone for so long, but Michelle sent lots of updates and photos that really helped put my mind at ease. Knowing Kora was comfortable and well cared for allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying. I would absolutely book with Michelle again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
Joanna stepped in to take over for another Dogsitter saving my vacation. The transition was seamless. Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Joanna before the sitting, I spoke to her in the phone for at least half an hour and felt very comfortable with her. She took excellent care of my Ozzie, and he even tried to run after her taxi as she rode away. To top it off Joanna washed her sheets and towels before departing. She is a gem whom I would definitely rebook!
Annie was amazing!!! She really went above and beyond for our pets and our house while we were away. We got lots of updates and cute photos, she alerted us right away when she noticed one cat didn't want her dinner just to check if that was okay/normal, and even taught our corgi a new trick! All three pets seemed very happy and comfortable when we got home. We will definitely book Annie in the future when we need some pet help!
Davis is an outstanding dog sitter! He recently watched our two golden retrievers and went above and beyond. Because Davis is studying to be a vet, his medical knowledge was incredibly helpful. He noticed a possible ear infection starting in our dog Rowan's ear and safely treated it using the medication we already had on hand. Beyond his excellent medical eye, he gave our dogs so much quality attention and walked them twice every day. He was also a great communicator, keeping us updated the entire time. We highly recommend Davis and will absolutely hire him again!
Virginia was absolutely excellent with caring for my pups from start to finish. From the very beginning, her communication was outstanding. She kept me updated consistently without me ever having to ask for photos or videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was very attentive, professional, respectful, and clearly cared about my dogs’ comfort and well-being. I could tell my pups were happy, relaxed, and well cared for under her supervision. When I returned home, everything was left exactly as it was, which I truly appreciated. Bahman was great with Xena and Bray. From the beginning call, he asked thorough questions to ensure he was a good fit with my dogs and knew everything he would need to do to care for them. He sent daily updates with photos to make sure I had peace of mind while on the road. Came home to a clean home and happy puppies. Thank you for taking such great care of them!
Sissi was great about helping us out at the last minute when my 99 year old mom had to stay in the hospital for another day. She was responsive, prompt, and flexible, as well did a great job with our beloved English Setter boy while we were at the hospital. Sissi is just a very kind, caring person too.
Josh cared for our two dogs and our cat while we were away for an extended weekend family event. We got regular updates with photos of the girls clearly enjoying themselves.
