Highlights
Pet care experience
Dependable animal lover
👋Hi! I'm August (they/them) and I have years of petsitting experience as well as a cat of my own. 📸I enjoy taking pictures of animals for pet parents! 💊I have experience with animals who have special care needs, including with dogs that need bladder expression, and cats that need oral medication administered. 🗣️I do my best to be both communicative and responsive to any pet parent messages and concerns, and my aim is to make the pet care experience as stress-free as possible for all parties! 😄

Safety, trust & environment
I do what is asked of me by pet owners and try to go above and beyond to be a good companion to the animal(s). I follow directions well and am very observant of pet behavior so I can meet their needs.

Schedule
I currently work part-time and have 3-4 hour shifts throughout the week, though this varies. As such, I have quite a lot of availability, especially for jobs like house-sitting as I will be able to be at the house with the animal(s) for a large majority of the time.

- I always appreciate knowing an animal's general personality going in as a baseline for what to expect. Additionally, any preferences, quirks, or special instructions regarding the animal is always very helpful!
