She reported daily Ariel's activities (eating and sleeping and play and walk times), but more importantly they shower our little girl with a lot of love. Ariel also didn't feel well one day and Kattia took excellent care of her following the vet recommdations, fully informed us and provided her with a lot of comfort. We definitely will book with Kattia next time we need care for our dog.
Javier was wonderful to work with! He took great care of our two senior dogs. One of my dogs can be a bit nervous, but thanks to Javier’s calm, reassuring demeanor, our anxious little ball of nerves felt relaxed and right at home the whole time. Mai Anh (“Bee”) was absolutely amazing with my two dogs, Bear and Moe! She was so patient, kind, and clearly has a genuine love for dogs. Bear gets nervous during thunderstorms, and she took the time to comfort him and help him feel safe, which meant so much to me. Her home was incredibly clean, she has a great backyard for the dogs to run around and play, and she kept me updated the entire time with lots of pictures and videos. She was always responsive, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious that Bear and Moe were well cared for and loved like they were her own. I could tell they felt safe and happy with Bee. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive sitter.
