Another great stay with Kim! Waldo spent a week with her and her family and had a blast. It was a warm week weather wise and she made sure to walk him earlier in the day and later to avoid the hottest times. She provided daily updates and photos and even gave him his puzzle toy daily to help with mental stimulation. I appreciate how well she took care of Waldo while we were gone. Highly recommend her and plan to continue to use her services in the future!
We left our 5yo partially blind pug with Fabiola for almost two weeks and she took great care of him. She was very good about providing multiple photo/video updates throughout the boarding so we got to see how much fun he was having. Despite not being familiar with this heat-sensitive breed, she was diligent about following his routine schedule & medicated eye drops we provided. We’re grateful we were able to find such a caring pet sitter. We picked up a healthy and happy pup and will be using her again. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough great things about Carlos! Caring, communicative, responsible, responsive! He was attentive to our older dog’s special needs and took the time to send so many wonderful photos and videos as well as detailed updates. We will definitely book Carlos again. I got loads of pictures and was getting updates 3-4 times a day. They really helped me feel at ease with leaving Maple with them. They also set a meet and greet prior to the booking to make me feel comfortable with leaving her with the family. When I picked her up she was excited to see me, but I could tell her had loads of fun during her stay! Will definitely be using this Rover service with Irene and Megha again!
Michelle (& her family) was AMAZING!! She sent pictures and videos so often I felt like I was there! She treated my dog as though she was her own. My dog got personal walks as well which I wasn’t even expecting but loved so so much. Such a huge comfort and she was so accommodating with my changing schedule. Alyssa was incredible. This was the first time we were leaving our dog Nelli with someone other than family or a very close family friend so we were very nervous. But Alyssa certainly made our nerves disappear. She was extremely good at sending us pictures and updating us every single day. She went above and beyond for our girl and we are extremely grateful. Jackie asked a lot of questions during the meet-and-greet to make sure we were the right fit and she had as much information as possible to meet Gretel's needs. Jackie was communicative and flexible, which made things easy. I could tell from the pictures that Gretel really integrated into the family. Gretel was relaxed and happy when I picked her up. That's not always true after a trip, so I take it as a huge compliment to Jackie for making her feel welcome.
Vanessa is hands down the best pet sitter. I had a last minute cancelation and she was so willing to watch my pups during a holiday even. She treats my dogs like her own and makes a dedicated effort to make the dogs feel at home. I moved out of state and I still thought of her first after my first sitter (closer to my area) fell through. Her and her family are so sweet and I always appreciate her love and care for my pups!
We had just moved from overseas, and she was very flexible and understanding throughout the process. Kaya can be nervous when meeting someone for the first time, but she was patient, considerate, and respectful of Kaya’s pace. She was understanding of the adjustment process for both Kaya and our family after an overseas move. We truly appreciated her care and would gladly trust her with Kaya again in the near future.
Ayme is an amazing pet sitter! My rescue dog is very skittish around new people but she took the time to help him become comfortable with her and now he loves her! She has sat for him at my house and he has boarded at her house. In addition to being great with dogs, she is trustworthy and reliable.
Anmei was an exceptional rover who seemed to care for Miley and give her the attention she needed.
