The last time we went on a 5 day trip we boarded our dogs at a facility and they came home with kennel cough. It's important to us that our dogs are treated like family. It's very hard to leave them and we normally take them with us but we were going to Hawaii this time. Lilly and her family were awesome to our dogs! They even allowed them to hog the bed!!! Lilly sent us numerous pictures daily which was very important to us and made us smile when seeing how happy the dogs were. They were taken on long walks daily and loved on by the whole family constantly. This worked out so well and we will definitely be sending them back. Grant and Yunrui took excellent care of Sarge! He's a good boy but he's a dog reactive so I always look for people that can handle that and they did a great job with him. It was also important that there was someone there with him during most of the day because that's what he's used to and he gets anxious by himself. Sarge truly had a great time with them and it was a vacation for him too!
MC is THE BEST! I have a senior dog and I know that MC is experienced with senior dogs and every picture I get shows me that Jezabel is so calm and relaxed. She was super flexible with me in accommodating some additional days that I had requested before the original booking. Also, she lives in a place with lots of grass and little hills for doggies to climb. MC is my go-to sitter for my sweet girl, and I highly recommend using her to care for your baby.

John is great. My dog got along great with theirs. Maddy is 14 years old and has arthritis. He was very attentive and let me know she was limping one day and also kept an eye where I had cut her nail too short the day before dropping her off. He sent nice photos and gave frequent updates.
