“Rebeca and Roman were an exemplary example of providing great service. In my experience with them, they were warm and caring about my pup. They sent photos of my girl was doing everyday and were very speedy when it came to responding back to a text, call, or adjustment with scheduling. I plan to utilize their services in the future.”

“We boarded our dog, Mack, with Jesus for 10 days and are so happy with the care and attention he was given while we were away. Jesus was in daily contact with us and sent pictures/videos and updates every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our trip without worry. We were confident Mack was having fun and was in great hands. For a dog that is weary of strangers, Mack loves Jesus and we are so grateful to have found him! We’d recommend Jesus to anyone and know Mack is looking forward to his next stay with Jesus.”

“Carlos took fantastic care of our dog Eddie! He was very communicative, sent lots of pictures and updates throughout Eddie's stay and also took Eddie on several walks a day. He really took great care of Eddie and it was really the best Rover stay Eddie has had yet! I could tell Eddie had a great time going on walks, playing with Carlos's dogs and I will definitely have Carlos watch him again in the future!”

“My first time using Vronnie. Duke came back exhausted! Plenty of pictures and updates received. Duke had bowel issues and she went above and beyond. I have already scheduled his next stay with Vronnie.”

“Just perfect. Michelle has a lovely home with a nice park and lake area in the backyard for the dogs to enjoy. Very safe area well away from roads. Michelle communicated very well, sent photos and updates, and was completely flexible with drop off and pickup times. Someone was home with my pup all the time and Zoey really seemed to love her stay with Michelle. Highly recommended.”

“Loki enjoyed his stay with Camila and her family. She sent us pictures and told us how he was doing each day while we were on our trip. Her kids were good to Loki. He is a rescue and I am sure he was anxious to be left again. Camila understood and made sure he had lots of snuggles pets to and treats. We appreciate them giving him lots of love on his first time away from home.”

“Abby and her family were wonderful care givers of our elderly pets. Our buddies were in their care for more than a week and I can tell they were able to stick to the feeding routine. Our pets comeback in good shape. Thanks Abby and family!”
“Mary watched my two dogs a total of four times for three days at a time, and I waited till the last visit to write a review. Mary is absolutely awesome. My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. This just made me feel good about leaving them in her care and that she had his best interest. She truly wants the best for them. She is the first person my dog has ever ran up to invitingly and was not timid of. I will definitely be going back to Mary if I’m in need of a good dog sitter.”

“Peaches thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Ada. Peaches warmed to Ada immediately; there was no separation anxiety for Peaches. And when I returned Peaches did not display her normal anxiety from being away from me. She was happy and almost wanting to stay. I will definitely be using Ada the next time I need a sleepover night for Peaches.”

“Heather is one of the best sitters on Rover! She does a great job of taking care of the dogs and keeping them on schedule. She is extremely kind and cooperative, and can work with any dog. Heather also sends updates throughout the day so that you can see how your dog is doing. If you are looking for a dogsitter, I would highly recommend bringing your dog to Heather! -Rachelle R.”

“Sophie is so pampered with Meghan and Irene. She is older and they carry her up and down stairs to keep her safe. They fight over who is going to get to sleep next to her. They show as much love for Sophie as they do for their own dogs. Sophie is always happy to arrive at their house.”

“Had a fantastic experience! From the very first message, they were responsive, friendly, and professional. They took excellent care of our dog Cubbie, sending regular updates and photos that put our minds at ease while we were away. Will definitely book again!”

We left our dog, Peaches, with Eileen for two weeks while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. Eileen was incredibly loving, attentive, and treated Peaches as if she were her own. Throughout our trip, she was very responsive and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely loves animals and enjoys caring for them. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Eileen, for taking such wonderful care of Peaches! 🐾❤️

Meshelle is outstanding with our poodle. He loves being with her family. He is very well taken care for. I will recommend Meshelle to anyone who is looking for dog sitter. She is very responsive, friendly and communicative. Thank you for taking care of our Kingsley Meshelle.

This was our first time using the Rover app, and Rebecca made the entire experience wonderful. She kept great communication throughout our dogs’ stay and regularly sent pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. Leaving our dogs with someone new for the first time was nerve racking, but Rebecca made us feel completely at ease. It was clear that our dogs were well cared for and loved while we were away. We would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

They were awesome! Grant and Yunrui were so great with my Miama and sent me plenty of photos and updates on how she was doing during my trip which eased my nervousness on leaving her. They were also super patient since my dog is a little reactive and were completely understanding and nice about it. I would most definitely book with them again!

MC is THE BEST! I have a senior dog and I know that MC is experienced with senior dogs and every picture I get shows me that Jezabel is so calm and relaxed. She was super flexible with me in accommodating some additional days that I had requested before the original booking. Also, she lives in a place with lots of grass and little hills for doggies to climb. MC is my go-to sitter for my sweet girl, and I highly recommend using her to care for your baby.

Jessica was absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive with our dog, Duke. Since we’ve only ever been away from him once before, we were a bit nervous, but she made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. It was clear from the start that Duke was in great hands. She provided thoughtful care, stayed attentive to his needs, and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. We truly appreciate the level of care and attention she gave our pup. We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable. Thank you again for taking such great care of Duke!

Theodora was a last minute lifesaver for me as I had a last minute work trip and needed a sitter. She was friendly and professional and took the time to understand my pup’s care. She is also the most communicative sitter I’ve had as I received daily messages and photos of him. Highly recommend her!

My experience with Azaria was fantastic. My dog can be a bit shy and suspicious with strangers but she worked her magic and had him feeling at ease. She was happy to accommodate for all of my instructions and his needs. She provided frequent updates so I never had to wonder how they were getting along. I wouldn't hesitate to book Azaria again!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
