“Michelle was wonderful with my boys! What I appreciated most was her daily updates — she kept me informed about how they were settling in, how they were adjusting to a new environment, and how they were getting along with her own fur girls. The photos she sent were such a comfort while I was away. Her communication was also excellent. When a potential marking issue came up, she handled it thoughtfully and professionally — she was open to using diapers instead of crating, which I really appreciated her flexibility on. The one area I’d note is that she seemed to have a busy work schedule, as we all do… When I returned, Huku’s (senior) diaper was full, suggesting he had not been out for a while that day— something to keep in mind if regular outdoor breaks are important for your pups. But overall, Michelle is super caring and communicative sitter who genuinely looks after your dogs. I would certainly ask her again!”

She is anxious and thanks to the pandemic is quite used to having us around so i wanted to make sure she wouldn’t be lonely. Lilly and her family made sure my pup was well taken care of. They took her in and treated her like family. Lilly asked all the right questions to understand how our dog was treated (allowed on furniture? Human food? How many walks?
