Yan was fantastic with my three cats! They are all ex-ferals so they are really shy and don’t usually trust strangers. She really took the time to build trust with them and I was so happy to see them gradually relax around her, play with her, and even accept treats from her. I also really appreciated how communicative Yan was. She sent me a lot of photos and videos every day, along with very detailed updates about their behavior, what they ate, and whether they had peed and pooped. It really showed how much she cared about each one of them and their individual needs. This was my first time leaving my cats at a pet sitter’s home so I was a little nervous but knowing they were in good hands was such a relief. I would absolutely trust Yan with them again. My dog was absolutely obsessed with Joanna and her husband! Despite some pretty wacky weather over three days from 88° to 55°and drizzly, JJ still got good walks in! Very much appreciate. He barely greeted me from the couch when I first arrived to pick him up! I think he wanted to stay!
