Not only was Veronica flexible, understanding and kindly accommodating with unanticipated scheduling hiccups needing adjustment for extended care, but Thea literally has been sad this last day or two since she clearly was having the time of her life in Veronica’s care. “I was really nervous because this was the first time I had someone else watch Cooper, but they made me feel comfortable right away. They let me walk around the house, answered all my questions beforehand, and even little things like having rugs on the hardwood made me feel better about him being there. She was very communicative the whole time and sent a bunch of pictures and updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. You can tell she and her husband truly care and make the pets they watch feel like part of their family. Cooper seemed to settle in well and came home happy. I’d absolutely book with them again.”

It was the first time that we used Rover as service to find some one who take care of our dog Mila and all the time we feel in confidence with Sandra G. and the way she treated our beagle. She sent photos and information about Mila twice times per day and answered our messages almost inmediatly, in the pictures Mila appeared quiet and comfortable and when we picked her up, she was as always is. If we need one place to leave Mila, definitely we will rebook whit her.”

BLUF: Book in confidence. Helena and Nathan were great. Their comms were very clear and timely, they definitely know what they are doing in terms of thinking forward about how to give your dog the best experience and to give you peace of mind while they are being boarded there. Both their home and their yard are well-tended - no hazards for dogs like wires, broken boards, etc. They were also flexible in terms of dropoff/pickup times, as well as accommodating reasonable requests for toys, treats, and food options. They also allowed a friend of mine and their dog (who recommended me to Helena and Nathan) to stop by for a short playdate. Great experience and will book again!
Lynne was great with our golden retriever, Carson! We were in need of a last minute sitter and she was absolutely wonderful! Carson had a great time running around her big yard, playing fetch and taking long walks! She was very responsive and sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the weekend. We would definitely recommend Lynne and have her watch our pup again.
Our dog absolutely loved his time with Yiting and Robert! They sent us so many pictures and videos throughout his stay and clearly took such good care of him. He got tons of playtime, a trip to the park, lots of pampering, and came home so happy and tired. Highly, highly recommend!
My cat was so lucky to stay with such a caring cat person. Chathurika took such good care of Toby and now he is missing her and her cat. She was kind, patient, friendly, and extremely loving with my cat; she truly is a ‘cat person’. Lucky us!! I hope to leave Toby with her again. Great cat sitter!!! Thank you😊
Alyce and her family were excellent! We had them watch Beasley for two nights, and she got along super well with their dog Mookie. Beasley has run away a couple times, and Alyce was super understanding and accommodating, given Mookie is an escape artist herself. She let Beasley roam around in their big fenced-in backyard, and was great about feeding her and providing daily updates. Would definitely book again with Alyce in the future!
Isabelle and her parents were wonderful dogsitters who were caring and attentive toward our dog Ginger. They handled her anxious moments with patience and understanding, and they gave her extra walks to help her feel more comfortable. They were very communicative and sent daily photos and videos. We highly recommend them.
