This journey taught me the essentials: · 🐾 I understand "misunderstood" breed needs: Pitbulls deserve respectful leadership, not stereotypes. Cocker Spaniels need attention and gentleness. · 🦴 I tailor care to each dog's unique personality: No two dogs are alike, and I know that well. Is yours shy, hyperactive, or a little stubborn? I speak their language. · ❤️ I will care for yours with the same love and knowledge I gave my own. I also work alongside my husband, Carlos, which allows us to provide near-constant supervision. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter for our sweet Merlin. She was incredibly loving from the very first day — you could just tell how much she genuinely cared for him. She went above and beyond by planning tons of fun activities, keeping him happy, active, and engaged the whole time we were away. The regular photo updates she sent were such a thoughtful touch — it was so reassuring to see him having the best time, whether he was out exploring or just relaxing. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands and never once worried about him while traveling. She’s an absolute gem and we will absolutely be booking her again for future trips. Our puppy Aspen had a great time spending a few days with Sandra and her family! He seemed very happy and well taken care of during his time there. Sandra has become my go to sitter when I am out of town. My pup has has had amazing experiences with her and her family. He always comes back happy and tired from a week of being part of their family and I have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for. Sandra & her family are so great! This was my first time booking with Rover & I was so lucky to find Sandra. It can be difficult to find someone who not only tolerates, but appreciates the quirks of beagles & she does. I have an energetic senior beagle with medication needs & Sandra was so accommodating with him. She asked questions when needed, which I knew meant she was being very diligent with his care. I received picture updates which helped me be able to relax while on vacation knowing my boy was in great hands. Her family loves your pet as their own. Her son is amazing with dogs! He gave me little polaroids of Louie that he took at pickup, which was the sweetest gesture. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.
Sandra and her family took very good care of our Madi while we were away. They sent us many photos showing her on walks and relaxing inside. Madi was calm and happy when we picked her up. We highly recommend Sandra!

A typical day
1. **Daily walks** - Routes through the park, beach or green areas. 2. **Interactive games** - Launch ball, frisbee or hide prizes for them to look for them. 3. **Basic training** - Teach him commands such as "seated", "quiet" or "gies". 4. **Socialisation** - Take him to areas with other dogs (if he is sociable). 5. **Smell activities** - Games with hidden snacks or food dispenser toys.
