Penny had a great stay with Zosha! Zosha has easy to coordinate with and offered to have a meet and greet. He was very responsive which was especially helpful with a last minute booking. Shirley was absolutely wonderful with my pug, Daisy! I reached out pretty last minute, and she was incredibly quick to respond and so accommodating, which immediately took a huge weight off my shoulders. Throughout the weekend, Shirley sent lots of pictures and videos of Daisy, and I loved getting to see how she was doing and how comfortable and happy she looked. She kept me updated without me ever having to ask, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy my weekend knowing Daisy was in great hands. You can tell Shirley genuinely cares about the pets she watches and treats them like her own. She was attentive, reliable, communicative, and just overall such a pleasure to work with. Daisy came home happy and well cared for, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ashley was a great sitter, very attentive and followed instructions well! Our dog’s allergies were giving him problems while he stayed with her and she promptly sent us photos and asked if he should be given his extra medication, which she administered with no problems. We felt reassured knowing our dog was in capable hands!
