“Our second time with John and Joanna was another success! Our pup had a bit of diarrhea and Joanna alerted me and also kept me updated on what was being done to help. Also, I booked us to pick our dog up one day too early and didn’t realize it until the day of. Joanna was very gracious and it worked out for them to keep Callie one more day. Whew! I reached out pretty last minute, and she was incredibly quick to respond and so accommodating, which immediately took a huge weight off my shoulders. Throughout the weekend, Shirley sent lots of pictures and videos of Daisy, and I loved getting to see how she was doing and how comfortable and happy she looked. She kept me updated without me ever having to ask, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy my weekend knowing Daisy was in great hands. You can tell Shirley genuinely cares about the pets she watches and treats them like her own. She was attentive, reliable, communicative, and just overall such a pleasure to work with. Daisy came home happy and well cared for, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shayla did a wonderful job with my furry baby, Patton. She scheduled a meet and greet to start. She kept me up to date with his time with her and took the time to send pictures. He loved it so much that when he came home, he misses being at Shaylas. During his stay, he went on walks and had plenty of playmates. TY for a job well done.
