“Bianca is fabulous. She is kind, loving, competent, caring. She was attentive to my tiny, anxious, elderly dog's needs. Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. I was thoroughly comfortable leaving my dog in Bianca's care and will absolutely do so again when I go out of town and can't bring my dog with me.”

“Everything about boarding our fur baby with Shiva was 5 star perfection. From our meet and greet to drop off and pick up we knew we were in excellent hands. Our dog was relaxed and happy with Shiva and her other pups. It’s obvious that Shiva knows and loves dogs! Shiva’s house and yard are great for any dog to exercise and explore. Our dog was instantly at ease at her home and it’ was a pleasure to go away knowing our dog was in Shiva’s care. She provides excellent updates and photos at the end of every day so you can go to bed knowing your dog is happy and safe. Shiva was an excellent communicator. Stevie was only there for 1 night but Ray and Ivy were very accommodating when I asked for a quick meet and greet due to my dogs anxiety. Their home is very dog friendly and Stevie was well cared for. They also sent tons of pictures and communication was great. I would certainly use them again.
Just picked up our dog, Maisie, from her first stay (Saturday to Saturday) with Yi. We were so impressed with Yi's observations of our dog, she clearly was very attentive of her during her stay. Yi took great care of Maisie, sent us many pictures daily and really eased our minds that Maisie was in good hands while we were away. Maisie clearly liked Yi, and interacted with her sweetly before we left, indicating to me that she was treated well and felt safe at Yi's. I would highly recommend and will book with Yi again!
Joan was so caring and careful with our senior dog who needs a lot of care. We know our dog will always be in the best of care with Joan. The updates provided several times a day with funny stories and photos was so reassuring! Would highly recommend and will use again.
We had a wonderful experience with Alice! Her house is very neat and full of points of interest. My cat didn’t fully adjust to the resident cats, but she had a loving, safe room with lots of points of interest. A huge window, two cat trees, a space under and on the couch, toys, and so on.
Ivy did a fantastic job caring for my dog Zuko, and the whole experience was amazing! Before the sit even started, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Zuko's routine, play style, care needs, and personality. You could tell right away how much she genuinely cares. Zuko is high anxiety and usually wary of strangers, but he and Ivy bonded instantly. He loves her! Throughout our time apart, Ivy was incredibly communicative, sending photos and daily updates so I always knew how his day went. She truly goes above and beyond to make both Zuko and me feel comfortable. This was my first time being away from Zuko, and Ivy's care and attentiveness put me completely at ease. I can't recommend her enough. We'll absolutely be booking with her again! Thank you, Ivy!!
Jihae always takes such loving care of our pups. I can see the regular walks on the Fi app becausr she let's us plug in the bases at her place. She sends pics every day while we are away as well as little updates on their activities. We are so happy we found her, and our doggos seem to be happy too.
