“I was very, very happy with the care given to my dog by Sasha. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. Sasha sent several pictures throughout the day, along with messages to let me know how my dog was doing. I could tell that my dog really enjoyed herself at Sasha's as she was still in high spirit when I picked her up. My dog also went to bed a little earlier than usual, which told me that she was pretty active during her stay. I plan on using Sasha again in the very near future, and highly recommend her services!”

About: Family love!! We now own a Bugg (boston terrier/pug mix) named Moxie who is 4 and previously owned a rescue pug named Rosie who lived to be 15. We have a single family home and large fully fenced in yard and love pet sitting all our neighbors' pets! We also have three boys (ages 5, 9, 12) who are comfortable around pets and love to play with them. My husband and I both telework so someone is home every day of the week. Either my husband or I am home every day. We typically walk our Bugg, Moxie, 3 times a day and also have a large fully fenced yard for her to play. Our current dog, Moxie, is free to roam our house all day and she sleeps in our son's room at night in her doggie bed. We don't mind dogs on our furniture or in any room, but can also provide separation or crating if desired.

We have both grown up with dogs and would love to have our own one day but currently we travel abroad for a month every year which makes owning a dog a challenge. Since we travel internationally for over a month period almost every year, it is difficult for us to own one currently and therefore through Rover, we are able to get our puppy fix. About my yard We do have a huge yard My experience administering medication We are comfortable administering oral medication. My husband and I work from home and our parents are young, retired and live with us so we have 4 adults to help as needed. We only offer dog sitting in our home. My Bruno (12 lb Biewer Terrier) and my regular daycare friends will keep your pup company - as well as my two attentive and careful children (12 & 9). We will love your pet as if he/she is our own! As a teenager, I raised cockatiels and I volunteered for the Museum of Life and Sciences in Durham, NC taking care of exotic animals of all types and sizes. Now that we have a yard, I've been living my dream of having my own dog (5+ years). It turns out I am great with dogs! • I limit boarding to smaller dog breeds with the rare exception for daycare when I know the family and larger dog plays well. • I work from home, so I will be with them all day. • I have a large fenced-in backyard, where they can get their zoomies out, and go for potty breaks as needed. I go outside a lot, which brings them outside more too (they like to be wherever I am!) • If your dog likes car rides, let me know, he/she can come along for short errands and pickups to and from school. • I can watch other kinds of pets, as long as you can easily transport them to me: Birds, bunnies, etc. using my “cat” rate on Rover. Request a cat boarding and let me know about your pet. • I do not watch cats. We have allergies to them To get started, we will have a meet & greet over video or in person, and book from there. Looking forward to meeting you! I work from home regular 9-5 hours. I take frequent breaks before, during, and after work to feed, potty and exercise our fur buddies. I'm here to let them in and out of our large backyard for frequent breaks and play time. I have a large fenced backyard, with pickets to keep smaller breeds safe. I'm constantly checking that the gates are closed. They can sleep anywhere in our house, and most are comfortable doing so without a crate. When the weather is nice, I'll work on our deck to give them more outside time (because let's face it... these velcro sweeties want to be wherever I am!)

About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of them since I was a child. I’ve owned an Airedale terrier, a pug, a Russian terrier, and my family currently has a Japanese spitz. I’ve got all sorts of experience - I have adopted a doggie from a shelter before, and I’ve also raised my two pups from 3 months old until they passed a few months ago at ages 14 and 16. I’ve boarded dogs - I looked after a friend’s pug for a week, a family friend’s elderly golden retriever, and fostered a stray my sister and I rescued before someone adopted her. I’ve taken road trips with multiple pets, and flown across the country with 3 of my dogs, I’ve taken them to all sorts of vet appointments, and been with them through all stages of their lives. I’m on this platform looking for company to heal from losing my furry friends, because being around dogs brings me peace and joy. I am a performing artist and I travel a lot for concerts, so having my own pet is unfortunately not feasible at the moment, hence I decided that taking care of someone else’s furry babies while I’m home between performances is the second best thing:) You can rest assured that I’ll take great pleasure in taking care of them and having them in my home. I work from home during the day and I am home from evening until morning, too. I do however step out for errands and appointments. Your dog will be with me most of the time while staying in my home, walked 2-3 times and fed on schedule, but should be comfortable being on its own for 2-3 hours max, if I have things to do. If your doggie has severe separation anxiety and is unable to be alone at all, I can accommodate that with enough notice and for 2x my normal nightly rate. I’ve always let my dogs run free around the house and make a safe space for them where they liked, but I did crate my rescue doggie when he first arrived to slowly acclimate him to the new place. Whatever you prefer for your dog is fine by me and I’m happy to accommodate. I don’t have a yard, but I have plenty of green areas nearby where I’d walk your furry pal. I keep my dogs on leash at all times. I like training them and playing with them to give them some mental stimulation, but if they prefer to chill and not be bothered I’m cool with that as well
