From our first communications and introductory meeting before we left our 11mo Goldendoodle with her, Sriju was welcoming, gentle, extremely responsive, organized, completely accommodating, and loving. This was our first time leaving Benny with someone else (we were away six days) so we were already a bit on edge; Sriju put us at ease immediately. Everyday while we were gone Sriju sent texts and pictures (usually once in AM and once in PM). She took Benny on numerous walks throughout the day as well as to the dog park. She adjusted to his needs, not the other way around, and provided an atmosphere that made Benny completely comfortable, as evidenced by his affection toward her when it was time to pick him up upon our return. Andrea and Michael were wonderful hosts for our two dogs! Our lab is a bit introverted but they made her feel right at home and both dogs were very happy in the photos they sent and when we came for pickup. We had a last minute adjustment on our drop off time and they were wonderfully accommodating. I’m so grateful that they took such good care of our sweet girls!
We left Mr Buttons with Yi for a whole week, while we were on vacation & boy, did he have a blast!! Yi kept us updated with lots of videos & photos and was very prompt in responding to our messages. We are long time repeat clients & whole heartedly recommend Yi, esp if you are looking for a caring home for your small dog.
Jihae always takes such loving care of our pups. I can see the regular walks on the Fi app becausr she let's us plug in the bases at her place. She sends pics every day while we are away as well as little updates on their activities. We are so happy we found her, and our doggos seem to be happy too.
We are extremely fortunate to have found Robin. She has watched our little guy for many years. We find Robin to be an extremely thoughtful caregiver with expertise in caring for and raising dogs. I trust her implicitly. Additionally, our guy has extreme anxiety, but he is always happy to be with Robin and her pups. Without Robin to take care of our pup, I don't think we would ever leave town.
Yulan is an exceptional sitter! She is very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She was able to accommodate to changing schedules with so much understanding. She took great care of Myla and sent daily updates with pictures and videos. I definitely trust her with Myla and will book her again.
