“Ivan and his family are a dream! They took such great care of Maxy while we were gone. Great communication and complete flexibility with drop off and pick up. You can tell that Ivan and his family truly love animals. My dog has issues with being left alone, and it was so nice at Ivan’s as his family all works from home and help to take care of your pet. In this case, it worked out so well as Maxy was never left alone once. They have a nice fenced in area and a dog door for easy in/out access. This was our first experience using Rover and leaving our puppy, Zorro, in someone else’s care, and we couldn’t have been happier. He was clearly well cared for, had a great time, and we loved receiving photos and updates throughout his stay. Jihae always takes such loving care of our pups. I can see the regular walks on the Fi app becausr she let's us plug in the bases at her place. She sends pics every day while we are away as well as little updates on their activities. We are so happy we found her, and our doggos seem to be happy too.
We are extremely fortunate to have found Robin. She has watched our little guy for many years. We find Robin to be an extremely thoughtful caregiver with expertise in caring for and raising dogs. I trust her implicitly. Additionally, our guy has extreme anxiety, but he is always happy to be with Robin and her pups. Without Robin to take care of our pup, I don't think we would ever leave town.
