He clearly had fun and Yi handled his anxiety and medicine very well. She understood him, when he needed "me" time and helped him enjoy his week away. He was very excited to see us upon our return, but still was willing to sit in her lap with us there. This demonstrated clearly he was well loved and cared for. Yulan watched our lab retriever for 5 days and was fantastic! She reached out with clarification questions whenever necessary and sent frequent updates. Most importantly, when we picked our pup up, she was incredibly happy and clearly well cared for. With other sitters, our pup sometimes came home very low-key and different, not wanting much to play or engage until a couple of days later. The difference this time around was incredible, and we were so grateful. I highly recommend Yulan. She will take excellent care of your pet!
Stevie was only there for 1 night but Ray and Ivy were very accommodating when I asked for a quick meet and greet due to my dogs anxiety. Their home is very dog friendly and Stevie was well cared for. They also sent tons of pictures and communication was great. I would certainly use them again.

Ivy did a fantastic job caring for my dog Zuko, and the whole experience was amazing! Before the sit even started, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Zuko's routine, play style, care needs, and personality. You could tell right away how much she genuinely cares. Zuko is high anxiety and usually wary of strangers, but he and Ivy bonded instantly. He loves her! Throughout our time apart, Ivy was incredibly communicative, sending photos and daily updates so I always knew how his day went. She truly goes above and beyond to make both Zuko and me feel comfortable. This was my first time being away from Zuko, and Ivy's care and attentiveness put me completely at ease. Jihae always takes such loving care of our pups. I can see the regular walks on the Fi app becausr she let's us plug in the bases at her place. She sends pics every day while we are away as well as little updates on their activities. We are so happy we found her, and our doggos seem to be happy too.
