“This is an absolutely fantastic choice for a dog-sitter, in my mind. Leslie was loving, caring and she treated Frances, my terrier-dachshund with the closest and kindest attention—plenty of walks, balanced diet, happy human company to sleep with when she desired, and various places to rest—so Leslie passed those all those important measures.She also sent me photographs with comments fairly often, which delighted me and made me know that Frances was safe and happy! But then, of Great value was the fact that she always could find positive human companionship—her cousin came, and let Frances and another dog, sleep on his knee, looking utterly content, her roommate really liked Frances and showed it, and Leslie did too. AND there was always her dog, and then occasionally a neighbor’s dog or another client’s dog visiting for a number of hours. That was Heaven for Frances, and just what I was hoping for. A place where Frances could be, as Leslie put it, a member of a pack. NOT a large, in any way overwhelming pack, but a small pack, consisting of one or two or conceivably three other dogs, which she could be with. THAT and the essential human warmth which was very much present—was all I could dream of—and Leslie provided it. Thank you so, so much. I will definitely use her services again! About: I've had a dog in my home my entire life, and am always the one my friends/family turn to if they need someone to look after their pets. I have also fostered multiple dogs with leash reactivity, and have had some 1-1 work with an R+ (positive reinforcement) trainer to ensure pups can have the best experience out and about in the world while still getting their sniffs and exercise in. I occasionally run outside so I can offer to run with your pup(s) 1-2 times a week if you'd like, and I live 5 minutes away from Baron Cameron park if you like for them to play with other pups during the day at a dog park as well. Or of course we can just snuggle most of the day while I work from home. Well either way there will be lots of snuggles and pets... My last dog passed away in 2025 after a year long battle with cancer, so I have no problem giving medicine and making sure we stay on a strict schedule with food/medicine if that is what your dog needs. I look forward to becoming your pup's new best friend! I work part-time from home. I'm available for day-sitting while you're at work or overnight boarding when you're out of town. I'm typically up by 7:30, have a fenced in backyard, go on walks/runs throughout the day and love going to the dog park if your pup enjoys it! I have a 6 foot fence in my backyard that your pup can play around in. Take 2-3 x 25 minute walks around the neighborhood throughout the day and can occasionally go for 30-60 minute jogs if your pup enjoys more exercise (1-2/week)

Kendall took great care of our reactive pit bull mix, who’s also terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks. Joyce was a great sitter for my two senior dogs for 10+ days. Communication was easy and I received pictures and an update daily. My dogs are terrified of storms and fireworks and Joyce took good care of them during a time that has both. I’d definitely book with Joyce again.

We're happy we found Melissa to watch our golden retriever while we're away. She's very responsive, provides great care, and has wonderful space available for dog walks and play. Our dog can be tentative in new situations, but hops right out of the car to go to her house. Melissa and her family (and her dog Stella) are a pleasure to work with and I don't hesitate to recommend her.
Michele stepped in immediately for our dog in times of emergency when another petsitter cancelled on our booking (half way through our vacation). Michele was v attentive and caring to our beloved pet, she sends all the daily updates to assure us that she is in great hands. My dog (usually aloof like a cat because of her breed nature) warms up to her. I will definitely bring my dog to Michele again, and highly recommend to anyone!
