They were very responsive when I reached out and had everything ready to go when I picked him up. The biggest testament, however, is Ralphie’s behavior on the drive home. If let’s me know if he didn’t like his stay somewhere, but leaving Natalia and Edward he was calm and well behaved. Karen is a fabulous dog sitter. Our labradoodle had his first stay for five nights with Karen and her family and he did so well! Karen gave lots of walk, play time in the fenced yard and he just seemed to be very happy being in a comfortable, loving home environment. She sent great photos and communicated just the right amount! We will absolutely be rebooking and we are so glad to have found Karen.

Stephanie was great. She took care of my two dogs, Moka and Zoe on a Saturday/Sunday so I could attend a wedding. Moka is around 5, requiring a medication 2x day and Zoe is definitely a senior dog. She sent me photos and they appeared to have had a good time. She was great a communication, and understanding when my flight was delayed and I arrived later than hoped. We'll happily use her again if circumstances allow.
Stella was in such good hands. We dropped her off at the end of some “tummy” issues and LeAnn and her family administered her medication and kept me updated on her tummy status as she got better. We received daily pictures and updates. Stella had a blast with Oscar!

Meri is absolutely wonderful! She responds very quickly, is reliable, and loves dogs. My dog is very shy with most people, but she gets so excited every time she sees Meri, which says everything. It's such a relief knowing my dog is happy, comfortable, and so well cared for.
Rae and her family were amazing pet sitters for our dog, Duke, who loves to be around people. Rae was incredibly thoughtful to give him plenty of attention and exercise. He certainly walked more with Rae than at home. She sent daily pictures and updates. Prior to boarding, Rae was diligent to find out about Duke’s habits and wanted to do her best to replicate his daily routine from home. We highly recommend Rae and appreciate her loving care!
Jihae always takes such loving care of our pups. I can see the regular walks on the Fi app becausr she let's us plug in the bases at her place. She sends pics every day while we are away as well as little updates on their activities. We are so happy we found her, and our doggos seem to be happy too.
