I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs received from Tim! From the very beginning, he was incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely caring. He kept me updated throughout the stay with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind and made it clear my dog was happy and well cared for. It was obvious that he truly loves animals and treats them like they’re his own. I also had to change the times and days of booking and he was super flexible and accommodating. He is absolutely outstanding, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can completely trust with their pet!

Excellent and genuine love and kind care of our Lab/Retriever Roxy. Communicated several times a day a shared pics and video of Roxy’s day. Also very flexible and accommodating to our needs and schedule. Best Rover experience for us in the 5 yrs of using Rover. Roxy loved being under Tim’s care and at his home. Our family was able to enjoy an away 6 day vacation abroad without any concerns and knew she was enjoying many walks, playing catch and unlimited belly rubs. 🙏❤️💯🦮
My pup had the best time with Tim! I received text and video updates that let me know how my pup was doing and I could see how much fun he was having.
Our dog adores Tim and Li. They always keep us updated and are very responsible about asking how to care for him, when to give his medicines, etc. we are so grateful to have them in his life!

Schedule
We are WFH and work schedule is very flexible. We have plenty of time at home, offer 3-4 long walks (at least half an hour each) per day. We walk them upon dropping off and prior to picking up to make it easier and more convenient to you. We also take them to a nearby tennis court to play fetch and adjust walking based on the dog’s energy level.

We set a maximum number of dogs we can host one time depending on the size, age of the dogs and how much we know about them. We may also lower the price for a less energetic or smaller dog. We have two loving cats who can be separated in a room if needed. We will spend quality time with your pets to keep them active and healthy. We will be providing food and water according to their needs and schedule, ensuring their sleeping environment is safe and cozy.

A typical day
I love to interact with pets. For example, play tug and fetch with dogs, take them to explore our garden, belly rubs; playing a wand with cats. I also understand starting slow with less active pets. Daily updates with lots of pictures/videos.
