“Victoria was really attentive to my dog's needs. Great daily communication, sent daily pictures of the dog and even went out of her way to gettreats when they ran out. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsible dog sitter.”

“Sarah was wonderful with the cats. They got along with her really well and she was very thorough in giving us updates and photos. I will definitely be asking her to cat sit again in the future!”

About: I've grown up with a Bullmastiff and later a Retriever. So I know my way around bigger and heavier dogs as well as more active and energetic ones. I am looking forward to apply those experiences to sitting and walking your four-legged companions with the similar dedication. In addition, we’ve recently lost our Charlie (my golden retriever) and would love to spend time with your pets to try to fill in that gap. But we are in the process of getting a new golden puppy, so puppy requests are welcome as well!
About: I have experience working with puppies all the way up to seniors. I always make sure any medication is taken on time. I have potty trained puppies in the past. I work full-time, but I work from home on Fridays. I also finish work early on Friday so evenings are great for me to pet sit. My weekends have lots of free time to spend walking or playing with dogs I have a fenced in yard for the dog to run around and play. I like playing with dogs so I would be keeping an eye on them as well. I'll make sure they have lots of fun and cuddles.
“Rachel is fantastic! Punctual and communicative, plus you can tell she really connects with animals. I rebooked Rachel for another check-in almost immediately - when you've found a good Rover, you can tell, and Rachel is certainly top tier. Thanks Rachel!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals in my home my whole life, from large dogs to guinea pigs! I have experience taking care of animals with various medical issues, anxious dogs, senior animals, and i’ve volunteered at local animal shelters. No animal too big or small! I’m currently working full time, but I am able to stay overnight and check in on your pet anytime after 3pm. I am available at any time during weekends as well. I take the safety of your animal very seriously. I ask you to please let me know if your animal has any special needs, issues with other animals, anxiety, etc. so that I can provide them with the best and most informed care possible.
About: I’ve been taking care of my own dogs ever since I was little, and to me, dogs are truly part of the family, they deserve all the love and genuine care in the world! While your dog is with us, they’ll be treated like a member of our family. I’ll make sure to give them the best care possible. I’m currently in grad school, which means I have some weekdays and weekends when I’m home and available. Just send me a quick message, and I’ll let you know right away if I can spend time with your pup :) Whether I’m home or just have a class that day, I love going on walks and will take your dog out at least three times a day, plus a short bedtime walk if they’re staying overnight. On busier days, your dog may need to be on their own for up to 3 hours, but they’ll still be safe and comfortable in my cozy apartment. I believe it’s so important for every dog to feel happy and to see their temporary home as family. I only host one dog at a time, so your pup will get my full attention. My place is warm and pet-friendly, and doggies always feel right at home here! I’m happy to go for walks for potty breaks, feed, and clean up after your doggy. I walk around 10,000 steps a day, so I’m a big fan of walking and enjoying the neighborhood I live in.

About: I have been a dog owner my entire life and have extensive experience caring for a wide variety of breeds, including German Shepherds, Boxers, Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, and currently a Labrador Retriever. This experience has given me a strong understanding of different temperaments, energy levels, and training needs. I am comfortable handling both large and active dogs, and I am committed to providing safe, reliable, and attentive care for every dog as if they were my own. As an educator with Montgomery County Public Schools, I have a structured schedule that allows me to provide dependable pet care. Beginning June 18, I will have open availability and be available seven days a week for walks, drop-in visits, daycare, overnight stays, and last-minute requests. Caring for dogs has been a part of my daily life for many years, and I enjoy providing dogs with the exercise, attention, and companionship they need to be happy and healthy. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always follow the owner’s instructions to ensure their routine remains consistent and comfortable. For dog walking, I provide safe, attentive walks tailored to each dog’s age, energy level, and needs. Whether your dog enjoys a brisk walk for exercise or a slower-paced stroll, I make sure they get plenty of activity, attention, and care. For drop-in visits, I can provide fresh water, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and any other care requested by the owner. I understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable and cared for when their family is away. For doggy daycare, I provide a safe, supervised environment with plenty of attention, exercise, play, and opportunities to relax. “Victoria and her son communicated in a very timely manner. Photos were sent every visit and if something came up they addressed it with me as well. It was nice to have them as pet sitters and recommend them! Thank you once again!”

About: I've pet sit for my friends dogs and have raised a corgi puppy from 10 weeks old! I love dogs and will treat yours like mine. I have a playful and friendly corgi who plays well with all dogs. Plus I give excellent scratches. I will send a bunch of photos, as long as you don’t mind me spamming you with them! We do at least 3 walks a day, dog parks after work, and fun adventures on the weekends. Normally we eat breakfast around 8:30, go for a potty walk, and play. During the weekday, I take them out every 4 hours and do mental puzzles at home. If the weather is nice, we will go to a nearby dog park. On weekends, we tend to go out for outdoor adventures if the weather is nice I live in an apartment with ample walking nearby. Super dog friendly neighborhood. We have space to set up crates if needed. I am a neat person and will clean up after myself and the dogs.
“Jony is a great sitter— communicative, responsive, friendly, and professional. We’re grateful he was available on such short notice and that he cared for our cats like they were his own. We especially appreciated the pictures and updates that showed each cat’s personality.”

“Chiara is reliable and has been a fantastic help and support for us while we've been away. She is prompt at sending pictures and her communication is excellent, as she replies almost instantly to any message I have needed to send her. Our cat has been well looked after.”

“Melissa is a fantastic sitter. She was full of great questions at the Meet and Greet, clearly has much experience and is very sensitive to the needs of the pet and the instructions of the pet parent. During Visits, she was engaged and communicative, taking lots of photos/videos and spending all her energy and attention on my cat. I felt so much better about being away knowing that he was getting attention, love, play, and snuggles while we were gone. I will 100% be asking Melissa back for our next trip. She was amazing to work with!”

About: Hi! I’m Lorena, a reliable and caregiver who truly enjoys taking care of animals 🐾 I have several years of hands-on caregiving experience, and I also cared for a reactive dog for over 4 years. Through that experience, I became very comfortable reading dog behavior, managing different temperaments, and using basic training techniques to create a calm and safe environment. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, especially if they have specific needs, so I always prioritize patience, safety, and consistency. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
