About: There's no place like home but if you can't be there, your pets should be here. My goal is to make the time they spend here enjoyable. I take the responsibility very seriously of providing outstanding care and ensuring the safety of your pets. I'm very familiar with several methods that help reduce the separation anxiety that many pets experience when away from you and their home as well. Whether you’re going on vacation, buisness trip or just need a hand, I'm dedicated to making sure you won't need to worry about them at all. My top priorities are the exact same as yours: the safety, comfort and happiness of your friends whenever their here. There's extra dog beds, bowls and plenty of toys etc.. around for them. When we're out walking, I pay special attention to the surroundings to watch out for other dogs that are off of their leashes roaming, bike riders etc... You can let me know if there are activities they especially enjoy...walks, playing catch, afternoon naps etc...and I'll take care of the rest. If your pet has exibited reactivity issues during walking or other activities, I'll keep an eye out for it and keep other pets at a distance so there are no problems. Many pets who visit are endlessly entertained by all of the action at the park directly across the street. They spend time sitting at the front window watching everything that passes by, There's no need for your pup to be crate or cage trained but it's fine if they are. One of the absolute great features here are the various ramps we have leading inside and outside for pets that are older or have mobility issues. I've had many dogs, cats and others at all different energy and age levels throughout my life including beagles, pitbulls, poodles, cats and many others. I'll care for yours the same as if they were my own, giving them the attention they deserve so they don't experience any anxiety. They'll be allowed to hang out pretty much all over the house, including sitting on the couch if you allow it. If your pup loves walks, parks, creeks, playing catch and fenced yards, this is the right place for them. I currently don’t have any pets of my own and I'd be happy to care for yours. If you've been searching for the right place, you've found it. I'm always available to schedule a meet and greet for introductions. With so many options when it comes to having your pet watched while you're away or busy. I try to provide the best one by delivering a great experience and atmosphere whenever they visit. I do my best to be flexible whenever possible with schedules. You don't have to worry about being early or late with drop-offs and pick- ups. I try to keep everything as convenient as possible. My main goal is to keep your pets safe, anxiety-free and comfortable at all times. I want this to be a place they enjoy visiting. Now you can finally take the trip you've been waiting to take. There's nothing better than spending time away without the anxiety of worrying about your pet’s safety and happiness. That's my focus. I try to keep them occupied with various activities during the day and evening. They have a fenced yard to explore and play in, a park right across the street where we take long walks, extended trails with a creek area to explore, and more. If your dog occasionally acts uncomfortable or anxious around other dogs or people, I'll make sure to walk them in isolated-unpopulated areas. I've had a few dogs just like this so I understand how to work with these situations. I always keep things safe as my first priority. If pets don't seem to get along that well, they can remain separated as necessary. There's plenty of room here and I make sure everything is dog proof, including making sure there's nothing they can get into on the counters or floors.( I know some dogs are like magicians and are very good at reaching things anywhere) If you have any questions or would like any other information please let me know anytime. About: Hi!! I’m Michele and I live in a townhouse community in North Potomac/Gaithersburg, adjacent to the Kentlands. I have owned rescue dogs for 30 years, and I have always chosen dogs that are “hard to adopt” due to having a traumatic history, having accompanying anxiety or other behavioral challenges, and/or being a wrongly stigmatized breed. All of my dogs have been mixed breeds — a Doberman mix, a Shepherd mix, a Rottweiler mix, a Pitbull mix, a Mini Pin mix, and a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. I have also been helping my daughter over the past two years with her growing petsitting business. I have spent much of my career as a consulting writer and communications specialist in the global health and international development field, and have mostly worked from home. Due to recent changes in the federal government, most U.S.-based professionals in this field lost employment in 2025, and I am taking the opportunity to branch into more entrepreneurial paths that speak to my other personal passions. I always make sure my dogs (and yours!) have plenty of exercise, water, and hugs! And of course food and any medications according to your exact instructions. When I walk dogs, I am conscious of allowing them to have ample time to sniff and explore, as this gives them the mental exercise they need and tires them out for good naps during the day. I also love to give dogs play time in fenced yard/areas with any balls/toys they enjoy. I am available for walks at any time of the day, as well as housesitting in your home (or my home if you prefer!) when you are away! I am also happy to care for cats and any other pets. The work paths that I am building will all be mostly work-from-home. I will provide long and short walks, additional exercise in fenced areas, water, food, and medications! I currently do not have dogs living with me full time, but my daughter has two dogs and can bring them to my house anytime if you would like some social time built in.

I follow owners’ instructions closely, maintain a clean and structured environment, and provide regular updates so you always know how your dog is doing. Whether it's a puppy, an adult dog, or a senior with special needs, I’m committed to giving every animal the same level of care and consistency I give my own. My wife (a full-time homemaker) and I ensure that your furry family member is never left alone while staying with us. One of us is always home, providing constant supervision, comfort, and companionship throughout their visit. Your dog will enjoy a fully fenced, secure play area and 2–3 walks per day. We live on 2 acres of land with plenty of open space for safe exploration and exercise, along with an 11,000 sq. ft. home that provides ample room for your pet to relax and feel comfortable.

I currently work from home everyday. I can walk dogs before work, pet sit all day, or watch them in the evening or overnight. I am available for long stays as well. About: I have over 7 years of experience as an animal caretaker and am currently a foster parent with MCASAC. I work with a a variety of dogs from all walks of life, but typically focus on tending to large and senior dogs that require special medical needs, behavioral training, and/or socialization in a stress-free home environment. As a remote worker, I have the flexibility to tailor my schedule to your pet's routine and unique needs, ensuring personalized care and attention throughout their stay. I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for pets under my care, whether I'm caring for them in my own home or providing a drop-in visit at your home. For services whereby your pet is staying with me, I offer in-home doggy daycare for up to 8-hour stays and boarding services for extended to overnight care. All pups will have freedom to run around the house with plenty of exericse and playtime breaks throughout the day. To create a peaceful and stress-free mealtime for all pups, I feed them separately or in a designated space. In terms of supervision, there is always someone home as I live with four other family members who work remotely as well and are comfortable with providing supplemental care and attention as needed. Throughout the day, I like to share regular updates and photos to the owners, so they can see how their pets are doing while they're away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I'll work with you to confirm care instructions, your pet's routine and any additional needs your pet requires during my visit.
