About: I've had cats and dogs my entire life and, for the first time, find myself without any pets. I have an abundance of ear scratches, belly rubs, and snuggles just waiting for pets who are missing their people. My husband and I both work from home with flexible schedules so are available for frequent potty breaks, walks, and playtime. We also have two children, 8 and 11, who both grew up with dogs and cats and are experienced and comfortable with both. Your pet will be the only one in our home, so they will get lots of attention, playtime, and snuggles! We have a big house that pets are free to explore and where they can make themselves at home. We also have an unfenced 3-acre backyard that connects to a path through the woods - your dog can enjoy a daily hike through the forest, smelling the many interesting smells and splashing in the creek if so desired. And we live on a cul-de-sac in a residential area perfect for safe neighborhood walks. If you are looking for someone who loves dogs and is responsible and loving to take care of your pups when you're not around, please reach out! Please note: 1. All dogs must be fully potty trained, neutered or spayed, vaccinated, and on flea and tick preventative. All pets must be comfortable with children. 2. Drop off time: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Pick up time: 7:30 am to 9:00 pm 3. Things to bring: a. Bed or blanket or crate, whichever your pet prefers. b. Food and treats, along with feeding instructions. Please bring 2-3 extra days' worth of food in case of delays. Any unused food and treats will be returned. c. Any medications or supplements for your pet. Please bring prescription medications in their original containers along with clear written instructions. d. For a dog, a collar with name tag and phone number and a harness if used for walks. e. Any special toys.

About: I’ve had dogs as pets my whole life! I grew up volunteering at animal shelters so I have plenty of hands on experience. I’ve been freelance pet sitting for about 5 years now. I have cat sit for 5 different families in the past. I never had a cat so I feel this helped me gain some cat experience. I’ve dog sat for senior dogs requiring special medication and have had senior dogs myself. I’m a huge animal lover and am so excited to meet your pups/ kitties! About: I’ve been caring for pets for several years and I know how personal it is to trust someone with your best friend(s) and your home. My goal is to make the experience feel calm, safe, and stress free for both you and them. I’m especially comfortable with overnight house sitting, multi-pet households, senior pets, oral medication, separated feeding or space routines, and pets who may need a little extra patience at first. I understand that every animal has their own personality, comfort level, and routine, so I try to follow your instructions as closely as possible. While you’re away, I’ll keep you updated with daily clear check-ins and photos so you never have to wonder how your furry family members are doing. I’ll also be honest if anything seems unusual, because I’d rather communicate early than leave you feeling unsure. I’ll also treat your home with respect! I keep things clean, follow the boundaries you set, and do my best to leave your space just as nice (or nicer!) than I found it. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m used to planning around animals’ needs and keeping care consistent. For overnight house sitting, my weekday availability is typically Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM. That includes evening care, dinner, potty breaks or walks, medication, bedtime routines, overnight care, and morning care before I leave. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, I generally have more flexibility and can provide care throughout the day. For drop-in visits, my weekday availability is usually evenings, with more flexibility on weekends and holidays. I’ll always be upfront about my schedule before confirming a booking so we can make sure your pet’s routine and care needs are a good fit! When I’m caring for pets in your home, I follow the routine, rules, and boundaries you set. I want your dog/cat to feel safe in their normal environment, so I do my best to keep things consistent with their usual schedule, comfort needs, and household expectations. I’m very respectful of your home. I follow home access instructions carefully, keep pet areas tidy, and treat your space with the same care I would want someone to show mine. I’m also happy to discuss reasonable home care tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping pet areas clean. Before confirming a new booking, I prefer a meet & greet so we can go over your pet’s routine, personality, home access, emergency contacts, and anything else that would help you feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: I have owned 5 small dogs in the past 20yrs and have taken cared of different kinds of dogs as well. I have experience with puppies and seniors, big and small dogs, administering medication. I currently have 3 little dogs - an intact Frenchie and a pair of Chihuahua-JRT siblings that are spayed and neutered. I can read most dogs’ body language, and have learned from first hand experience that even the ‘friendliest’ dogs can have their triggered moments. So I always make a conscious effort to feed each dog separately and look out for triggering behaviors like resource-guarding. I work from home so your pup will rarely be left alone. I have a single family home with a big front and back yard that are fenced so they can run around. I’m flexible with pick up and drop offs and cancellations. I understand things happen, and plans change. I am happy to work with you on your requests. Rest assured that I will treat your pups like I would want mine to be treated when I’m away! I let my dogs out every 2hrs or whenever they want to go play since we have a fenced front and back yard. So your dogs will too! I work from home so I can keep your dog company all day. Our dogs usually get an afternoon treat in between meals, and again before bed.
