I’m looking to care for other loving dogs to fill my empty nest - until I am ready for the next adventure. I love all kinds of animals and have a lot of space for them to roam. I also am home 24/7.

Xiao is so efficient with making sure she’s providing Oso with the best care. She asks questions of when to give Oso his vitamins, when he eats, etc. Oso enjoys his walks with her and when he arrives to her home, he gets so excited that he immediately wants to explore her backyard. So grateful to have Xiao’s care.
Xiao took very good care of Oso. Oso immediately became close with her, even during the meet and greet. Oso looked so excited to explore her home and backyard. lt was very clear Oso was loved and had a lot of fun. I will certainly book with Xiao in the future.
When we picked Dooley up after 2 weeks of boarding, seeing how happy Dooley was, I knew Xiao took good care of him. Thank you very much, Xiao!
I would like to personally recommend Xiao if you need an outstanding dog sitter. I boarded my baby Skip Marley with her for a week. She kept me informed on how he was doing sending me pictures and videos which helped put me at ease in knowing he was being well cared for. I believe Skip may have been afraid at the beginning and on guard, but by the time I went back to pick him up he was a happy and healthy guy. I am sure she spoiled him rotten. He did not want to leave. She has a big gated back yard where Skip could run around and explore. I will definitely use her again. Thank you so much Xiao for taking care of my baby!
Maisie really enjoyed her stay with Xiao! I got photos and videos a couple times daily and when I went to pic Maisie up she was very happy and relaxed. Xiao has a beautiful and spacious home and fenced-in yard. I highly recommend Xiao and hope she will welcome back Maisie in the future!!
We (and our pup) absolutely love Xiao! She was so attentive to our dog, ensuring that she had a wonderful experience while we were away for several weeks. She was also very communicative ahead of our pup's stay, and provided us with lots of updates while we were away. Xiao will be our first choice for future dog boarding needs!

Schedule
I am retired, so will be home to care for the animals at all times. I will accommodate the time for the animals in my home.

I have a fenced yard with a lot of free space for the animals to roam. I have a door to directly let the animals roam.
A typical day
I can let the dogs out in my fenced yard as much as they need. I will also walk the dogs 2x in my safe neighborhood.
