A typical day

I love to excite your pets physically and mentally. We will play games, create new smells, and search the beautiful park near my house. My house has a fenced backyard with grass; the dogs can run freely in the backyard. We have a huge outdoor balcony that can have a large swimming pool for fun! The balcony provides a clean sitting area, so the pets can comfortably lie down and enjoy the weather! Our community is beautiful, quiet, and safe; we can walk dogs without trouble and concern.

Regular drop-off and pick-up times are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please text Wenyan your arrival time 30 min to 1 hour prior to pickup. *********************************************** Note for new clients: To help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, we may arrange a short daycare visit prior to boarding so your dog can become familiar with our environment and our dog. *********************************************** My 5.5-year-old male golden retriever, Purple’s vaccination, is up to date (the vac record is loaded in the photo gallery)! Yes, his name is Purple! *********************************************** About Wenyan For over 35 years, my parents embraced their role as animal husbandry engineers on ranches. They provided routine health inspections for a menagerie of creatures, including dogs, cats, poultries, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, and cows. Growing up amidst their compassionate work, I was fortunate to witness their dedication and actively participate in caring for many dogs and cats, regardless of their size, age, or individual needs. My cousin, a senior licensed veterinarian from my hometown, has greatly helped me develop a strong passion for animal welfare. Through many hours of voluntary work at his hospital, I developed my abilities in caring for fostered, abandoned, and disabled dogs and cats. I surrounded myself with loving and attentive care, from bathing and nail cutting to grooming, brushing, and even anal gland expression. Daily meds, vaccines and vaccinations, artificial insemination, pet CPR, and helping with surgical operations there enhanced my experiences. Most importantly, let me introduce you to Purple, our lively young golden retriever. Purple is a nice dog who bonds rather tightly with us! Purple has never shown any trace of hostility or the impulse to guard his existence; he is a compassionate and intelligent family member. His heart bursts with unquenchable warmth, excitement, and ravenous curiosity about the world. New pals, group dog games, excellent incentives, and safe and good socializing have enhanced his life experience. At just three and half years old, he effortlessly embodies a manner harmonizing with his friendly personality and amazing capacity to create immediate bonds with people and dogs. This is a content, laid-back dog! Dog breeds Wenyan has taken care of Large breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Australian Shepherd mix, Australian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix, Bernedoodle, Bloodhound/labrador mix, Boxer, Double Doodle, English Cream Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, German Shepherd mix, German Shorthaired Pointer, German Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador Retriever mix, Golden doodle, Golden Retriever, Golden Retriever/Irish Setter mix, Greyhound, Greyhound mix, Irish Setter, Komondor, Kuvasz, Labradoodle, Labrador mix, Labrador Retriever, Poodle, Poodle mix, Pudelpointer, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Samoyed, Shiba Inu, Siberian Husky, Siberian Husky mix, and Siberian/Briard mix Medium-small breeds: American Pitbull Terrier, Beagle, Beagle mix, Bichon Frise, Bichon fries/Cavalier mix, Black Mouse Cur, Border Collie, Border Collie mix, Border Collie/Labrador mix, Bull Terrier, Cardigan/Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chihuahua mix, Chinese Rural dog, Coton de Tulear, Dachshund, Havanese, Lagotto Romagnolo, Mini poodle, Maltese, Norwegian Elkhound, Pekingese, Pitbull dog, Pomeranian/American Eskimo mix, Shih Tzu, Shih Tzu/Maltese mix, Siberian husky/Rough Collie mix, Soft-hair Wheaten Terrier, St. Bernard/Poodle mix, Yorkshire mix, Yorkshire Terrier *********************************************** Our limitations: Please note, unfortunately, We cannot accommodate dogs with aggressive tendencies, excessive barkers, or a history of panic attacks. Buddy had a great time staying with Wenyan as always! He always comes home tired and happy. Wenyan has been amazing for us humans too! When our flight was significantly delayed and we had to change our pick up time she made sure buddy was well taken care of. I’m very grateful to Wenyan for removing that stress from a very stressful travel day. Highly highly recommend Wenyan and Purple!!

Wenyan goes above and beyond in her care of our two dogs. They always get plenty of long walks and playtime with other well-behaved dogs. We fully trust Wenyan with our animals because she carefully vets any new dogs before agreeing to take them in for boarding. Our pups always come home happy after a stay with her!
