Her photos were so awesome (professional photographer status) that I am considering framing a couple of them. She was very descriptive of Truffles' daily activities and was really great about giving Truffles' daily meds. She even described her poop--which isn't easy. Jane was especially flexible with picking up/dropping off Truffles and made it easy for us. Overall one of the best experiences i've had on Dog Vacay and would definitely recommend. I can sense Truffles had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. Jane and her husband are caring, responsible and clearly dog lovers. They treated Truffles like their own!”
“I was really nervous because this was the first time I had someone else watch Cooper, but they made me feel comfortable right away. They let me walk around the house, answered all my questions beforehand, and even little things like having rugs on the hardwood made me feel better about him being there. She was very communicative the whole time and sent a bunch of pictures and updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. You can tell she and her husband truly care and make the pets they watch feel like part of their family. Cooper seemed to settle in well and came home happy. I’d absolutely book with them again.”

This was my first time having a non family member take care of my 16 year old dog. I found Suzi on Rover and felt comfortable with the reviews showcasing how great Suzi was with other senior dogs. Once I reached out to her and I got to visit her and get to know her as a person and her caretaking experience I knew I had found the right person to care for my dog for a long weekend trip. My dog felt right at home as soon as she arrived to Suzi's house and from then on she received only love and the best care. I got daily texts from Suzi telling me how things were going which helped me feel comfortable and enjoy my trip more. Suzi was 100 percent focused on meeting my senior dog's needs and medical limitations. I plan to continue using her caretaking services many more times. I feel very lucky to have found her.
Second time boarding my dog with Jennifer, and so glad I did! I got pictures and updates every day, Jennifer followed all the instructions for my dog's medication and daily grooming, and it was super clear that my dog was happy and well looked after. Frankie (Shi) always takes such good care of Lucy! He's home with her most of the time and she loves playing with his kids and dog (Jealous). She always comes back happy, CLEARLY LOVED, and clean! I'm never worried about her getting the right food and meds. Despite watching my difficult breed (Belgian Malinois), he knows the right things to do and will put her first turning down sittings if there's even a change of an issue. Plus, I love getting his pictures and daily updates. All in all, I never have to worry about Lucy when I'm away. Highly recommend!!
We are so happy we found Michelle! She took amazing care of Winston - letting him sleep in bed with her and sending multiple pic updates a day. She also arranged a meet and greet beforehand to show us her space and her set up for dogs which was great for putting our mind at ease. We’ll definitely be using Michelle again in the future!
Bruno loved staying with Tanja! She was very communicative and responsible, and made sure to make him feel at home. We appreciated all the walks he got and the daily pictures. He even got sick while in her care and she gave him a special diet and tended to him, which we so appreciate. We always felt he was in good hands, and he was so happy he almost wouldn’t come home. Will be our first choice for boarding in the future :)
Boarded my 6 month old puppy for a week with Rachel and my pup loved it! I was nervous to leave my pup for so long for the first time, especially since a few days prior to boarding she was not feeling well. Rachel gave my pup her medication and kept me updated with photos and videos everyday. My pup looked like she had a fun time with Rachel and the other dogs that were visiting! I would definitly book with Rachel again.
Brianna was patient with my pup. He is super shy but in time he opens up, which he did with her and then they were taking walks every day. She updated me throughout the day without me asking and sent me videos. She is such a great sitter, she even made a cute little poster of him for me :)
