I thought I was the one who had gone away for a mini-vacation, but I think my dog was the one getting the getaway treatment! I will be using Vivian’s stellar service again! I was nervous since I had never boarded my anxious pup with a stranger before and Vivian was so kind and affirming. She sent a ton of pics, videos and general updates, that I even shared with friends and family who could immediately tell (as could I) that my Roro was comfortable and well taken care of. Perry is a lovely dog sitter that went out of her way to help a single guy like me, take care of my dog. She helped with transportation and was always available and responsive. Our pup had an amazing experience with Julian and his family. They went above and beyond to make sure Goose was comfortable in their home. During the meet & greet, they welcomed our dog with homemade treats - this just shows the level of love and care they provide. After the positive meet & greet, Goose was wagging his tail and excited to be back at their house on drop-off day. Throughout the week, they provided photos of each daily activity and shared updates on how he was eating, sleeping, etc. - easing any and all concerns while leaving him in a new place. You can tell Julian and his family LOVE dogs and will go the extra mile to make your pup feel at home and cater to their needs. Our dog truly had his own vacation while we enjoyed ours! We will absolutely reach out again for our next trip and highly recommend Julian for any dog owner!
