I grew up with Rottweilers, but over the past two years I’ve discovered that my heart truly belongs to small dogs! I raised my Pomeranian, Leia, from the time she was a puppy, so I’m very familiar with the unique needs of toy breeds and puppies—from potty training and crate routines to lots of playtime, snuggles, and keeping curious little explorers safe. I was also a Rover dog walker for several years, giving me experience caring for dogs with different personalities and routines. While I have experience around larger dogs, I specialize in caring for small breeds and puppies and have created a home that’s perfect for them. I work from home most of the week, so your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day. I live with my twin sister and our friendly Pomeranian, Leia, in a cozy, puppy-proof apartment that’s ready for all the zoomies, naps, and playful shenanigans your little one can dream up. My flexible schedule also allows me to adapt to your dog’s feeding, medication, and exercise routine whenever needed. I can easily get a small sized dog into a crate. I always make sure the dog eats their food if I have to leave. About: I've had a dog in my home my entire life, and am always the one my friends/family turn to if they need someone to look after their pets. I have also fostered multiple dogs with leash reactivity, and have had some 1-1 work with an R+ (positive reinforcement) trainer to ensure pups can have the best experience out and about in the world while still getting their sniffs and exercise in. I occasionally run outside so I can offer to run with your pup(s) 1-2 times a week if you'd like, and I live 5 minutes away from Baron Cameron park if you like for them to play with other pups during the day at a dog park as well. Or of course we can just snuggle most of the day while I work from home. Well either way there will be lots of snuggles and pets... My last dog passed away in 2025 after a year long battle with cancer, so I have no problem giving medicine and making sure we stay on a strict schedule with food/medicine if that is what your dog needs. I look forward to becoming your pup's new best friend! I work part-time from home. I'm available for day-sitting while you're at work or overnight boarding when you're out of town. I'm typically up by 7:30, have a fenced in backyard, go on walks/runs throughout the day and love going to the dog park if your pup enjoys it! I have a 6 foot fence in my backyard that your pup can play around in. Take 2-3 x 25 minute walks around the neighborhood throughout the day and can occasionally go for 30-60 minute jogs if your pup enjoys more exercise (1-2/week)

This is our second time having Daphne sit Bryce, and they were absolutely AMAZING with him! Kept in touch everyday with great communication, pictures, and asked questions when they were ever concerned about anything. She was able to accommodate to his needs and was so flexible that it made everything such a weight off of our shoulders. Bryce felt more than comfortable, he was right at home!!
