Had a great experience with Sierra for my very needy and loving dog: Maybelline. This was my first time using Rover as I needed a last minute, overnight dog sitter on a holiday weekend and Sierra pulled through. We had an excellent experience and Tyler was amazing. This was the first time we had someone watch our dog in our home and Barley seemed very happy. She is very anxious when we leave and is reactive to thunder storms and dogs. We were gone a week and there were several storms and her walks took her past several dogs; Tyler handled everything extremely professionally and we came home to calm and happy pup (he left us some guidance for those times, which we will implement). He sent pictures and kept us informed on a daily basis. Tyler was very respectful of our house and we returned to it looking better than when we left. I highly recommend Tyler, without reservation. Kathryn was such a gem!! She was incredibly responsive, super nice, and very patient with our anxious dog (and me lol as this was the first time we had left our dog with a rover over the weekend) she told me every time she went over and every time she left! She sent me 16 pictures of our fur babies over 3 nights and we enjoyed every single one! It made me feel like I could enjoy my trip knowing they were in great hands!
