Our dog was so excited to meet Alex for the first time that he quivered all over! We knew it was a match. Since Bear is 100+ lbs, we needed someone who is strong and can command respect. Alex is that person, and he does his job with love. He sent us daily communications and photos about walks, grooming, feeding, etc. Bear was in good hands.
