Hi, I’m Habiba! Animals have been a huge part of my life for more than 13 years. Over the years, I’ve cared for my own pets, fostered animals in need, rescued injured cats and dogs, and volunteered with animal welfare organizations. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do. it’s something I genuinely love. I understand that every pet is different. Some pets want a hiking buddy, some want endless belly rubs, and some just want a calm, patient person to keep them company while their family is away. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets and pets with special needs. Whether your pet needs a long walk, medication, playtime, extra patience, or simply a consistent routine, I’m happy to help. When house sitting, I treat your home with the same respect and care that I would my own. I can also help with bringing in mail and packages, watering plants, and taking out the trash so you can return home to a happy pet and a well-cared-for home. Communication is important to me, so you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and check-ins while you’re away. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind and make sure your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. I’d love to meet you and your pets and learn how I can help!

Whether caring for a playful puppy, a shy cat, or a senior pet, I provide patient, attentive care while respecting both your pet and your home. I treat every home as if it were my own and always leave it clean, secure, and well cared for.

Habiba was an outstanding caregiver (and housesitter!) to our two dogs and two cats while we were out of the country on vacation for over a week. I knew she would be loving and attentive to the animals when she came to meet the critters during a pre-visit, asking good questions and warming to our pets right away. I hadn’t expected that our elder dog (13+ years) would have a downturn in the days before Habiba arrived, but she just rolled with it; she gave him pain meds every day to ease his arthritis and applied ear drops daily to stem an ear infection. All the while she kept us updated with pics of all our pets (who always looked happy in her company) and texts about how they were doing. When our flight was delayed coming back, she extended her stay. All around, from start to finish, our experience with Habiba was fantastic. I highly recommend her for pet care, and I hope she is available in the future if we again need to leave our fur-babies for an extended period. Thanks, Habiba!
Habiba was great taking care of our two pups in my home. My dogs can be nervous around new people but she figured out ways to make them feel comfortable. She sent pics every day and we relaxed on our vacation knowing she was there making them happy!
Habiba did a great job taking care of our energetic one year old dog! She was very patient with him and took great care of him and our place while we were gone. She was very communicative, sent pictures, and answered very quickly when I wanted to check in. We felt great leaving our dog in her hands!

Pet care is an important part of my weekly routine, and I carefully manage my schedule to ensure each pet receives the attention and care they deserve. I offer house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walks, and I always strive to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. My schedule is flexible, and I communicate clearly throughout each booking so you know your pet is in good hands.
