My name is Habiba Abdelaal, and as a proud pet parent to one cat and a dog, I've been raising pets for over 13 years and even rescued injured dogs and cats. I have helped them recover and find warm and loving homes. As a pet parent to five cats and one dog, I know how hard being away from your pet can be. Fortunately, I am here to help ease your anxiety! Whether you're going on vacation or have a long day in the office, I would be pleased to be with your pet when you can't be! I would love to talk with you about how I can assist! Growing up, I had five adorable cats who were a significant part of my life. Moreover, I worked as a full-time intern at the Ohio Humane Society in the summer of 2020, where I had the opportunity to rescue and care for abandoned animals and help them find new homes. I work remotely, so my schedule is flexible, and I am happy to work around your needs. You can trust me to treat your furry friend and home with the utmost care and respect. I will ensure your home is clean and tidy and your pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for!

Habiba was an outstanding caregiver (and housesitter!) to our two dogs and two cats while we were out of the country on vacation for over a week. I knew she would be loving and attentive to the animals when she came to meet the critters during a pre-visit, asking good questions and warming to our pets right away. I hadn’t expected that our elder dog (13+ years) would have a downturn in the days before Habiba arrived, but she just rolled with it; she gave him pain meds every day to ease his arthritis and applied ear drops daily to stem an ear infection. All the while she kept us updated with pics of all our pets (who always looked happy in her company) and texts about how they were doing. When our flight was delayed coming back, she extended her stay. All around, from start to finish, our experience with Habiba was fantastic. I highly recommend her for pet care, and I hope she is available in the future if we again need to leave our fur-babies for an extended period. Thanks, Habiba!
Habiba was great taking care of our two pups in my home. My dogs can be nervous around new people but she figured out ways to make them feel comfortable. She sent pics every day and we relaxed on our vacation knowing she was there making them happy!
Habiba did a great job taking care of our energetic one year old dog! She was very patient with him and took great care of him and our place while we were gone. She was very communicative, sent pictures, and answered very quickly when I wanted to check in. We felt great leaving our dog in her hands!

I will do a meet and greet if you want. I would like to know how much energy they need. Especially senior dogs, how much they can do or not. Like, can they use stairs? How long can they walk? Also, if the dog has special needs, you must know its limits. I take all breeds except no aggressive dogs, please.
A typical day
I am huge on keeping your pets as comfortable as possible! I will always ask that you provide me with as much detail regarding their habits and routines as possible so I can help them feel more secure while you’re away. I would also like information on how dogs behave on walks and if there is any fear or aggression towards humans or other dogs. I am used to this and comfortable dealing with it, but I need to know beforehand to prepare best!
