I have always had a love for animals, specifically dogs as I grew up with them. I also have been working seasonally/part-time at a doggy daycare for the past 3 years so I am used to caring for all different types of breeds, sizes, ages and temperaments. I have volunteered at dog shelters and organizations in the past so I am also well established in knowing how to handle dogs that may not be as socialized as others.

In the client's homes, I will ensure that the animal(s) basic needs are met (food, water, etc.) while also spending plenty of time engaging with the pet(s). This would look different for each animal, depending on if the pet needs more exercise or just somebody to cuddle with! I am also able to provide around the clock care for the pet(s) that I am watching if that’s what they need.

Abbey did a great job house sitting for us. My dog is epileptic, so leaving her can be a bit stressful, but she took fantastic care of her and managed her medication perfectly. She sent regular pictures and updates and also left my home exactly as she found it. Stax was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved while we were gone. I'm happy to recommend Abbey to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive siitter, and I wont hesitate to book with her again.

Abbey has a heart for animals. She has watched my dogs on multiple occasions and they look forward to seeing her every time. Abbey also has experience assisting with the training and care of service dogs. She is responsible and nurturing, and any dog would be lucky to have Abbey care for them.

Schedule
I am a recent college graduate looking for a full time job so I have plenty of time to care for pets! I am available on a daily basis for however long is needed, whether that be drop in visit's or house sitting for various periods of time.
