About: I’ve grown up in a home with multiple pets and have extensive experience caring for animals. Over the years, neighbors and friends have trusted me to care for their pets while they were away. I’m also a four-time foster parent with the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA, where I’ve cared for animals in need and helped prepare them for adoption. I currently work full-time during the week, but I’m fully available on weekends to give your furry family my complete attention and care! I’m available anytime after 5:00 PM on Fridays through Sundays. I’m a true animal lover and will care for your furry family members as if they were my own. I prioritize being present and attentive to their needs, making sure they always feel safe and supported—wherever they are, I’m right there with them.

She gave them their daily medicines with food, worked with my automatic litter boxes, and most importantly played and loved on them so much! She was very very communicative and responsive and also sent me so many cute pictures! I always miss my cats so much when I’m gone so this helped me a lot! About: I always lead with patience and care. Animals are clear communicators and we just need to listen. I am medically trained (for humans primarily), but I know those skills and knowledge are highly transferable. I work primarily in a hospital. Even though my schedule is consistently changing, I have multiple days off during the week. This allows me to visit anytime throughout the days im off and leaves a lot of flexibility. Respect is key. Whether its for the pet or the home, I believe all things should be approached respectfully and mindfully. I am happy to follow whatever house rules or pet routines you may have.

About: As a friendly cat-sitter for family friends around the area, and cat owner for years, I know the responsibilities of caring for one. These include changing the litter, understanding feeding schedules, playing, etc. I have taken care of cats from all stages of life! Additionally, I have taken care of friends’ dogs while they are out of town by feeding, walking, and playing with them! Your pet will be cared for like my own, and rest assured they will be loved, content, fed, and safe while you are gone! I am available for last-minute holiday visits! I’m currently a full time student and work a part time job as an intern at FCPS. I am available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. Please message me first, I am very flexible! I can assure you your dogs will stay active, fed, groomed, and cared for in every way! As far as cats I have one at home so I will adjust to the cats’ personality by giving them space if need be. Additionally, I will make sure they are clean, fed, and hydrated!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Truly Above and Beyond Care We cannot say enough amazing things about Jen! She went completely above and beyond while house sitting for our dogs, Ren and Quin. From the start, she was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. She didn’t just follow instructions — she truly cared about our dogs and their experience. She made sure to check them for ticks, kept us updated, and was very proactive in making sure they were safe and happy. What impressed us the most was her flexibility and dedication. When she realized that the dogs needed a few extra visits, she adjusted her schedule without hesitation. That level of attentiveness and willingness to adapt gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. But the biggest sign of how amazing she is? When we came home, Ren and Quin were happy, relaxed… and honestly didn’t even seem that excited to see us because they had such a great time with her! 😂 That says everything. Jen is someone who genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own, and it shows in every interaction. We feel incredibly lucky to have her as our neighbor and our dog sitter. We would 100% trust her again and recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care.
Allison was great housesitting with my anxious dog Stax. She can be quite nervous around new people, but Allison has a calm, patient energy and Stax settled in relatively quickly after meeting. We returned home to a happy dog. I recommend Allison to anyone, including those with dogs who need a little extra care.
Alexa is punctual and reliable. She took good care of our pup and our home. She sent photos and kept us posted on activities. We were sorry to learn that she is relocating because we were looking forward to working with her again. We thank her for taking good care of our dog wish her every success!
Rheiya was wonderful! She was so sweet and kind. I have a new puppy, Zumi, who is teething like crazy, and she was beyond understanding as I fight the good fight to break the razor-sharp teeth habit. She sent me pics and walked her every hour. My house was maintained and clearly respected (I have had a not-so-great experience with a previous sitter). She was very professional and communicative. It was clear she loved animals, and my puppy certainly felt loved up on. I really lucked up on finding her on Rover! I will be using her again.
