“Amazing for my first time with her. She loved and played with my pups and was amazing. Even went above and beyond without saying a word to me but I noticed! Thank you Riley. We will be talking again!!!!!!”

“Maryann was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond while caring for our 3 dogs and cat while we were out of town. She spent extra time at our house, made sure everyone was fed, loved on, and played with, and even cleaned up accidents in the house without hesitation. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our pets were in such caring and capable hands. We would highly recommend Maryann and will definitely be booking with her again! ❤️🐾”

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s routine. I’m happy to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of cuddles, while keeping owners updated along the way. I work from home and my schedule is flexible enough that your pup will get lots of attention throughout the day. I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’m able to accommodate regular walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of companionship. I also have a 6-year-old Goldendoodle who loves going on frequent walks and having a furry friend to play with. Your dog will have the option to enjoy some extra playtime and companionship with my pup, while I make sure every pet gets the individual care and attention they need. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family. I make sure they’re in a safe, comfortable environment and always have plenty of supervision, attention, fresh water, and opportunities for exercise and play. Since I work from home, I’m able to keep a close eye on pets throughout the day and maintain their normal routines as much as possible. I’m also very respectful of each pet’s individual needs and your instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and any special care they may require. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their home with the same care and respect I would my own, while making sure their pets feel comfortable, happy, and secure.

“Not only was Kendall reliable and communicative, she also did little things that we felt were above and beyond. I was confident that my cats were well cared for, and so pleased that details were tended to! I will absolutely reach out to Kendall again.”

Shes very food motivated so we always have treats on hand. At my parents house we have a fenced in backyard for the dog and lots of indoor space for their 4 cats. My childhood cat needs medication and special food so he is fed seperately from the other 3 cats. Every cat i've ever owend has been exclusively indoor.

I am flexible and can hang out with your pets as much as you would like. I am open to late nights or early mornings as well. I believe that pets are the most comfortable in their own homes. About: I’ve been caring for pets for about 7–10 years, looking after the animals and homes of friends, family, and neighbors who know they can rely on me. I believe every pet has different needs, so I take the time to get to know them, follow their routines, and give them the attention they’re comfortable with. I’ll send daily pictures and updates so you can see how your pet is doing and feel at ease while you’re away. If there’s something specific you’d like me to do, I’ll make sure it gets done, and if I’m ever unsure about something, I’ll ask. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable, cared for, and in good hands. I work early mornings at Starbucks, so I’m used to getting up early and planning my day around a schedule. When it comes to caring for your pet, I want to understand their specific needs and routine rather than take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether that means morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening visits, I’ll do my best to accommodate their schedule and make sure they get the care they need. I believe it’s important to communicate with you, follow your instructions, and make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I believe pets feel most comfortable when their routines and surroundings stay familiar, so I’m happy to care for them in their own home. I treat every home with respect and make sure to follow the owner’s instructions, whether that means feeding schedules, walks, medications, or specific safety precautions. I take the time to understand what each pet needs, respect their boundaries, and ask questions whenever I’m unsure about something. I want you to feel comfortable trusting me with your pet and your home, knowing that I’ll treat both with care and respect while you’re away.
About: I enjoy pet sitting and have tried to do it consistently as I can for the past 5 years. I am responsible and experienced. I have experience with domestic pets and turtles. I have a lot of experience with households with multiple dogs or a combination of pets such as cats and turtles or dogs and rabbits. I have other contract type jobs, but I really enjoy pet sitting and try to do it as much as possible. It is a consistent part of my week. I will always focus my energy on the pets in my clients home while I’m there. I will live my life on the schedule they are on to the best of my ability.

About: Hi! My name is Isabella; I go by Izzy and I've been a reliable pet sitter for the past 5 years. During college, I was an in-house pet sitter for a 2-year-old Maltese and also regularly in-house sat for a lab mix and Husky. I would also occasionally watch my friends' dogs during long holiday weekends here and there. When completing my Master's I offered drop-in visits to residents in my apartment complex and gained plenty of experience walking different breeds of all sizes and ages. I understand that every pet has an established routine and unique needs, so I like to build trust with the pets I sit and value creating a meaningful bond by learning each pet's personalities, habits, and preferences. I work full time in-person in Washington, D.C., Monday-Wednesday and remotely from Herndon, VA Thursdays and Fridays. My schedule allows me to flexibly work around the DMV, with greater daytime flexibility on my remote workdays and availability before or after work when I am in the office for D.C. residents. I can work remote from anywhere which is helpful for pet parents wanting a sitter starting on Wednesday evenings to Sunday if traveling over a weekend. I value open communication and like to provide as many updates as possible/as frequently as owners would like through photos or just casual check-in texts. I believe honesty is the best policy and bring up any concerns immediately to the owners. I always ask about emergency contacts/emergency vet locations in case it is ever needed. Building trust with owners is just as important as building a strong bond with your furry friend, so I like to get to know owners before sitting and talk about our communication styles.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Brookfield
Emaan previously helped me with my cat. This time, she helped me one day with cat Clementine and 16YO small dog Roxy. It was a VERY short-notice request (day before), and I was grateful/lucky she was available. Emaan is very responsive, personable, kind. She adapted quickly to care for Roxy having never met her. Pets were in great hands for walks, feedings, and play time. Highly recommend Emaan. 😀

Caroline again was amazing with my boys! She takes the time to get my little scaredy cat, comfortable and make sure he get his medication and some extra snuggles. We are so glad when she is able to be our pet sitter! Thank you Caroline again for going above and beyond.
She was very communicative. Our dogs in the meeting greet automatically trusted her, which was one of the things I was worried about because one of our dogs. If he doesn’t trust the person he doesn’t eat and this whole time he ate every single meal, which we are very proud of him. She was very loving for both of our dogs.

Excellent Rover. My family needed a Rover VERY last minute to take care of our cat. Mallory was responsive, kind, courteous and easy to work with. We tend to like to do a meet and greet before hiring a Rover but didn’t have time this go round. Mallory put us at ease with how easy she was to work with!

Maryann was absolutely wonderful! ❤️🐾

Anthony did a great job taking care of Deuce while I was away! He was reliable, communicative, and followed all of the instructions I left for Deuce’s feeding, walks, and daily routine. Having a high-energy GSP can be a lot, but Anthony handled him really well and made me feel comfortable knowing Deuce was being taken care of. He kept me updated throughout the trip, was dependable with the scheduled check-ins, and gave Deuce the attention and exercise he needed. I came home to a happy and well-cared for dog, which is exactly what you want when trusting someone with your pet. I really appreciate Anthony’s help and would definitely trust him with Deuce again. Highly recommend! 5/5 ⭐️🐾

Jessica was the perfect pet sitter for our senior kitty while we were away. The old lady had her worst illness and first emergency vet trip at 17 yrs old the week before we left the country for two weeks. Jessica was so kind to monitor her food intake, potty status (and do some clean up), and give her meds while we were away. We are so grateful!

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
